The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.

We just moved to Utah last year. Major issues here and I wouldn't recommend it. Housing is unaffordable and scarce (our grown kids can't afford a place, and even at over $100k a year we are forced to rent), wildfires are a huge issue as is drought (driest state in the country), driving is insane due to so many people on the roads and there's a really high rate of car accidents (and car insurance is outrageously expensive), and the air pollution is really bad. The Great Salt Lake is drying up and there are health warnings about arsenic in the air from the dry lake bed that will lead to increasing rates of cancer and chronic illnesses. As for the lack of water...no watering your lawn or garden, restrictions on household use, major loss of farms and agriculture (most food here is trucked in from other states or countries making it expensive), and concerns about blackouts and no electricity in the near future as hydroelectric power from dams disappears. I don't see us being here long term.

Most of the more severe illnesses happen to people because an upsetting event occurs in their lives taking them by surprise, unexpectedly, impacting first in the brain, then in the corresponding organ which that part of the brain controls. The end of WWI had absolutely everything to do with the Flu and lung TB outbreak that occurred killing millions. In nature, the biological conflict linked with a territorial fear (just what it means-a fear in your territory, your home, your community, etc.) is a widening of the bronchia (tissue loss). Your body attempts to widen your bronchia in order to allow more air into your lungs to give you more strength and energy to fight to keep your territory safe. Stay with me.......The biological conflict linked with a death fright impacts the lungs. The lungs attempt to grow larger in order to allow more air in because breath equals life, as we all know. No breath equals death. While you are in the fear or death fright conflict, you notice no symptoms of “disease”, except you have cold hands, cold feet, you can’t sleep, you awaken at 3 AM every night, you have little appetite. During the war, millions of people were in fear of the bombing of their homes and cities where the war was most active. Fearing for their lives, their loved ones in the war, their ability to survive. The food in the stores was sparse due to shortages. This lasted for 4 long years! The longer the conflict, the worse the healing phase. Within 2 weeks of the German Chancellor announcing the end of WWI, these millions of people ALL went into the healing phase all at the same time. It is during the healing phase that you experience symptoms of illness! What is the healing phase of the bronchia widening? Severe bronchitis, pneumonia. The body attempts to refill this lost tissue and you experience inflammation, fever, coughing, body aches, fatigue, etc. What is the healing phase of the extra lung tissue that grew? Decomposing of the tissue by TB bacteria and fungi. The symptoms of this healing phase are: severe coughing up of blood and tissue, fever, inflammation, severe mucous, body aches, fatigue. During this decomposing of the extra tissue (tumor), the body expels a lot of protein, and without replenishment, severe protein loss can result in death. Antibiotics did not exist yet. If TB bacteria does not exist in a person or they have been vaccinated against TB (big mistake), then the tumor will simply encapsulate and become dormant and not harm you. Who died during the Spanish Flu? Mainly the poor who could not afford to buy meat and proper nourishment, and the people who were directly impacted by the bombings and destruction of their homes. Millions of people suffered fear and death frights during the fighting of WWI, and millions of people all went into healing at the end of it. Not everyone was affected because not everyone suffered the same way. It’s not a “flu”, it’s not something you “catch”. It’s biological, meaningful, and unavoidable. One hundred years later, a Fear Campaign begins, using the media to spread it......

Definitely an educated, clean and safe state with plenty of jobs but a six figure salary here gets eaten up with all the taxes and inflated costs of labor and just about everything else. Idk where to move. Was considering Houston but dont want to deal with hurricanes. Chicago suburbs and Orlando is at the top of my list but will have to visit but crime and weather are making me reconsider. NJ seems balanced but expensive. However, there is more of diversity, decent health care, schools, IT jobs, etc.

@@basmatic_rice if ridiculously high cost of living and Totally Delusional one party (Dem) system are your thing then NJ will be fine. Hay, it's great to see you back on RU-vid! Love your videos! Can you do one about best places in Washington...preferably the Western half? I want to move back, and am considering Vancouver, Sequim or someplace between Everett and Bellingham...thank you!
@devanwilliams1127
@devanwilliams1127 2 года назад
If you want to avoid the Seattle are I would recommend Vancouver or Bellingham. Neither are cheap but both have good quality of life. Vancouver is growing quickly and more is being added to their Downtown and Waterfront area. Alot of safe and quaint suburbs. The real benefit is you are 15-20 minutes from Portland International Airport almost anywhere in Vancouver. You are also 15-30 minutes from Downtown Portland to see some big shows and large events. Bellingham has a great smaller city charm with a ton of recreation. Biggest draw back in the limited economy and its 2 hours from Seattle and an hour (and border crossing) from Vancouver BC, so if you need to get into the city it’s not super convenient. Everett is a mix bag for me. I think if you want to be in the Seattle area the best places are the Eastside (which is extremely expensive) or the South Sound in Tacoma, Gig Harbour, University Place area.
@feliciasampson8032
@feliciasampson8032 2 года назад
@@devanwilliams1127 thank you so much for your valuable information! I have overlooked Vancouver but really want to explore. I like that I can work in Washington sans state income tax, and pop over to Oregon for tax-free shopping, and culture. And the 5 is close in case I need to get to PDX or Sacramento. I love Fairhaven; it seems like the perfect district. Bellingham is beautiful, but might be inconvenient, as you pointed out. I was thinking about the proximity to Whistler-Blackcomb...but probably not really practical for a home mountain. Mt. Hood isn't far. I've only skied Palmer Field, but the idea of near year round skiing sounds incredible! Seattle is too expensive and peopley for my comfort level. I love to visit by ferry, but not sure about a daily dose. I worked in W. Seattle for a couple of months and sometimes went to work via the Bremerton Seattle ferry/hike/bus/more hike route. It was fun for the short time I did it, but the fares can add up quickly. My employer didn't offer the ORCA pass either. I have to agree with you on Everett...seems like a mixed bag. I like Sequim because I have good friends there. Being that there is a sizable senior population, I was thinking I could find work. I am the lifestyle coordinator for an independent and assisted living senior community. It doesn't pay well compared to my previous profession but I enjoy the work and want to continue with it in Washington (with ACTIVE seniors!).

@@KillingWithaSmile613 I guess it depends on what you make of it. I was in Baltimore and fine. If you know the area, it's a tale of two cities. I've been to electric light parades for Halloween, to amazing restaurants, and was able to sit on the piers at night in the light of the Dominoes sugar sign. There were museums, unique bars, art festivals, and a farmer's market within walking distance. I always felt safe. Of course, if nobody was outside I'd head back in, but that would be past midnight. People who don't live in Baltimore are afraid of it because of the news. I've seen some bad there too, but it makes life interesting. Nothing really happens here where I live in suburb Georgia. IMO it is the most geologically diverse state in the country, it practically has every biome except the tundra or the tropics.
