I remember watching this every morning in the summer as a kid. After the 4th loop you could say everything word for word. Kids, this was ESPN before ESPN got into politics.
The guy from 2:36 still does this lol I remember one time this season he was making fun of a player who grounded out at his first at bat and said "hey, you're 1-for-1; 1 pitch, 1 out!" lmao

Wrong its from ESPN's northern counterpart TSN. (Note Jay Onrait and Dan O'toole, TSN's prized former anchors). This top 10 is actually part of TSN's Sports Center top 10's.
@@IkLms11 It's honestly more a matter of respect than anything, but in fairness to golfers, a golf course isn't exactly a place where there's lots of noise, normally. If a golfer practiced swinging with noise around them they'd be fine, but having someone shout at you mid swing is going to startle you when its quiet.
I was on a plane to San Jose the year after T.O. left Philly. The Eagles were playing the 49ers that weekend. There was a guy wearing an Eagles jersey that had 'Phuck T.O." on the back. He had a hat on that said the same thing. Gotta love Philly fans.
Every once in a while someone writes something that didn't take any big words, or even all that much originality of thought, that still catches something absolutely brilliantly. The line, "You get the feeling that Davis Love has never been punched in the face" is just such an example. I mean, someone who has never seen Davis Love, and has no idea the context, can *still* see him in their mind's eye, perfectly. Right down to the expression.
Man I remember that guy from the old Tampa Bay Devil Rays games whenever the Blue Jays played them. On TV you could always hear him loud and clear since that stadium was always mostly empty. And their team (Rays) sucked in those years though. Was kind of brutal to be honest.
I remember last April the phrase "Dilly Dilly!" was banned from the Masters tournament, and apparently anyone who shouted it would be removed. The week after there were a few at the RBC Heritage here at Hilton Head though lol
I don't care what anyone says... the guy says "LIGHT THE CANDLE" .. as in striking a match so close to the wick, that's how nice his shot was when he tee'd off ... ppl were misinformed and lead to believe it was mashed potatoes

I once attended one of my high school basketball team's away games. While their team took free throws the entire crowd was silent so I chanted "miss it!" at the top of my lungs. They missed most their free throws. I felt like a dick after the game but we won, so there was that.
