This is totally rediculous, but the Pokemon season 1 theme song makes me cry... It brings me back to days when I didn't care what clothes I wore, make up, grades, or working. Just if Team Rocket would ever leave Pikachu the fuck alone.

The Scooby Dooby Doo, Transformers, Inspector Gadget and *TMNT* and spiderman themes were sooo catchy and fun

How the hell did X-Men not even get an honorable mention. That theme is iconic.

Such a nostalgic trip on a lot of these. And I'm genuinely shocked DuckTales was not higher. Pretty sure that's been stuck in my head for about 25 years.

When I was a kid, I would wake my dad up every morning so that he can switch on the TV so I could watch Scooby-Doo. I would sing the theme song while doing a funny dance, when I got a little older hid make fun of me while reenacting my stupid dance. Unfortunately he died a couple years back and hearing that theme song brought me back

I was hoping Ducktales, TMNT or Pokemon would be #1, but considering how old this song, how many times it's been covered, and even non-fans recognizing the tune, I can agree #1 is well deserved.

I know all these cartoons are the greatest. They formed my childhood man even though a good bit I didn't really much see you know. I'm from TNT so a good bit of cartoons weren't show but I know about them. It would be too long to go into every single cartoon as its too much but I just want to acknowledge "Diary of a Wimpy Kid." They showed it again today and that is always a good children's movie too. Nothing to do with the theme song as it is not animated but it is always good to see back any cartoon from the past or animated movie or even tv show that was really good. Whether it be a cartoon or tv show or movie franchise, you gotta remember them man and treasure them. Man, everything (cartoons, tv shows, movies) the works formed my childhood man. Keep going strong. This list has a lot of great cartoons but of course there's more. I could've said a whole lot more on this but I'll keep it short............ for now...................

No Dexter's Laboratory, Teen Titans, Kids Next Door or Power Puff Girls? Them not even mention the X-men makes this list is null and void in my book.

Clearly this list should have been divided by decades. Makes no sense at all for Scooby Doo to be outranked by TMNT. Magilla Gorilla? Pink Panther? Underdog? Hong Kong Phooey? Josie & the Pussycats? Fat Albert are you kidding me??? Bad Mojo!

King Arthur and the Knights of Justice - seriously the best. Also Bionic 6 is amazing. And of course X-men, come on.

The only two theme songs worth a mention are DuckTales and Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? When I say Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? I mean the catchy pop concert version sung by Velma and The Hex Girls (at the end of Scooby-Doo & the Vampire Slayer). Two others should get in on this: My Little Pony and my favourite 80's Theme Song of all, The Sylvanian Families. So, if you like, these are my top four Favourite Theme Songs.
