When I lived in Wales I lived close to three Welsh Castles. Castle Coch. Caerphilly Castle and Cardiff Castle. Other Welsh Castles were not to far away also

Hi James Carew Castle is in Pembrokeshire, South West Wales. We want to do another top ten that focuses on that region as there are so many amazing castles there too. They deserve their own video.

There was no such thing as Wales or Welsh then. If he even existed. He was king of the Britons not the Welsh, and other locations like Cornwall, Glastonbury and Scotland also have their own claims to that. You're simply going off that book written by those two guys years ago where someone found a silver cross. That is literally the only supposed evidence. And it's a subject I've been researching for over 40 years so I know nobody can make such a claim. If so then provide your evidence

It's ironic that Wale's wealth in castles is not due to Welsh power but to English and that they are remnants of a long ago successful subjugation.

You could visit Germany where they built some fantasy Disney castles in the modern era that served no military purpose. And hundreds of castles would be more than a 'bunch'

@@Darrenski Really? Long toes? About every country in Europe has medieval castles, mate. Furthermore I know most important castles in Wales on the border were destroyed in history after England took over, just didn't expect there would be nothing left, anywhere. As I said, bummer.

@@Darrenski are you for real? A castle perhaps, not a hill where one used to stand. You do know there are plenty of castles that still stand, right, from the same damn period you seem to glorify. You can be proud of your history without trying to sell a hill as a castle. Okay?

Shame drone pilot flew illegally over most as these castles have no fly zones over them!

You can fly any drone less than 2lbs I think it is anywhere outside a flight path. Book uo on drone laws

@@Darrenski I am afraid in UK you cant. There is an association called National Trust and unless agreed for business purposes by them, they have a blanket ban over national monuments. You can fly if you take off or land from public ground as not all of their sites have a blue restriction active. Seems you need to book up. Thanks for your reply though.
