A person I know used to guide on Everest for 5 years from 1991-1996 every time he came back he had new stories and pictures of his adventures and one story stuck out. He had just made it to camp 3 and was setting up when a call was sent over the radio for people needing help from a fall about 600 feet above camp 3. Tim and 4 sherpas along with 3 others from another group began to climb to where the injured were reported which took a couple of hours. When they reached the spot there were signs of something happening as all over the area was strewn and broken equipment, torn clothing and spots of blood but no injured people. That there was a call for help is not in question but nobody seems to know who made the call and where were the injured people. Tim said at the time there 211 people on the mountain and everyone was accounted for.

I don’t know what’s up with watchmojo sometimes, like they had a one on “haunted” bodies of water and number one was the Bermuda Triangle. They gave it number one because ships and plane disappeared, that doesn’t mean it’s haunted, also every entry on the list had a mention of a ghost except number one . Which kind of proves my point.

I kind of found the choice of pop culture clips to be in poor taste considering the content of the video. I wouldn’t have considered this to be a comedic video by any means. Also, it would’ve been nice to see more footage/images related to the actual events.

_So go straight past the huge rock eave that juts like an arrow, then turn right at the corpse in blue. Go about about 50 yards and you'll see another dead guy with blonde hair. Not the one with long blonde hair but short with it's mouth opened. Yeah that's where our first overnight camp will be._

WatchMojo should cover that incident in Africa, where BBC journalists were able to discreetly film a biped Chimpanzee looking ape some time ago. The ape was over 2M-tall-illusive-ape locals called by some names, and he avoided people as best as he could. The journalists were able to setup a hidden camera on the ape's walking path, and able to film a tall biped ape walking like a human being in the woods. They published the photo and their findings to the world, but no one cared because the other news outlets kind of ignored that incident. That was the first ever incident of an illusive biped ape being filmed by the news crew.

I have just finished reading a book about climbing Everest. It costs close on £100k to get a permit. with guides and Sherpas. Sadly people with more money than sense attempt it. The Nepalese Government are taking so much money for their economy, more bodies will stay on Everest forever.

Anyone can climb mount Everest now, they fly you onto the mountain, Sherpas carry everything for you, you can climb a ladder instead of the actual mountain, this a vacation. A crazy stupid vacation that might kill you

I don't know about Mount Everest but according to a book that I read last week it says that in the Himalayas there are secretly hidden caves whose access to enter is only available for the local monks. And inside those caves there are ancient aliens or other creatures whose task is to only sit and meditate. They have been doing this for a long time. And they only get out of the caves when they have to save the world civilization when it's about to get destroyed. If some foreigner or stranger manages to discover one of those caves and they try to enter they will probably end up as a meal for cave guardians since the meditating alien creatures are protected by some big werewolves.

Nowadays people don't read so many books, so I though that it would be interesting for other RU-vid viewers to read something that they otherwise wouldn't have heard about if they haven't read the same book that I have. The book's author is called Jan van Helsing, who shares some interesting points of view (in case you're interested).

There aren’t animals up there. In the death zone (where most die) there’s 1/3 of the oxygen there is at ground level, it’s difficult for anything to survive for a long time.

I feel like this is not something Westerners would relate to or believe, but a lot of indigenous cultures do believe that mountains are sacred and the souls who perished there would continue to "belong" to the mountains, especially when they are disrespectful of the mountains or didn't observe the right rituals beforehand and during their trek (Or both, as I'm sure a lot of these exclusively rich climbers do). As far as mountains go, Chomolungma is probably as sacred as it goes, I really won't be surprised that the mountain takes these souls as a payment for desecrating her land and leaving trash and bodies behind.
