I'd like to know more about your experience as a bookseller, how being an avid reader plays into that and what you've learned for the industry through selling books. My favourites so far are Eleanor Oliphant, Golden Son, The Wizards of Once, Exit West, An Absolutely Remarkable Thing, Small Country, Little Fires Everywhere.
Usually what I do is listen to audiobooks from the library when I'm commuting to school. I also usually make sure I read at least half an hour every day as well between study breaks, because you can't study at all times. It doesn't work and doesn't help you learn any better. In addition I choose reading over other hobbies. In other words, if I can pick between watching something on Netflix and reading, I choose to read instead. I hope that helps.

I definitely need to pick up The Perks of Being a Wallflower since the movie is one of my favorites! Howl's Moving Castle is also one of my favorite books, and overall our faves are very similar! I feel like you're one of the booktubers who's reading tastes matches mine the most.

The Book Thief, The Alchemist, All of the Percy Jackson series, Love Simon, Fangirl, The Inmortalists, Red White and Royal Blue, Tale of a Shipwrecked Sailor, The Mysterious Benedict Society and Mr Lemoncello's Library (I read them in Middle School and really really loved them!) I feel like I'm missing some but those are my favorite books so far :)
Howl's Moving Castle is so good. I reread it last year and even as an adult it has stuff that made me think. I can't wait for Frankly in Love, the plot sounds right up my alley. Great video!! and congrats on 10k subscribers. I have never read "Howl's Moving Castle" and I had no idea what it was about--it kind of sounds like "Uprooted" by Naomi Novik--have you read that? It's one of my favorite fantasy stories, and it's a standalone.

Agree with your Perks of being a Wallflower comment where the film didn't really do the book justice! The book is more than just the famous quote "We accept the love we think we deserve." That book is one of my faves too!

I'm a year late, but I'm reading Howl's Moving Castle after watching the movie and I'm loving it so much that its probably going to become my favorite book. Edit: Wrote the wrong word and completely forgot that if I edited the comment it would lose the heart🤦♀️. Either way, love your videos❤
