He is one of the most talented drivers (if not the best) from the 2000s, but he always had bad luck having bad cars during almost all his career. He only has 2 championships, so it’s difficult to defend him, but his talent is amazing (I said is because although he is 40 he is back this year, and he is doing an outstanding job for the car he have

worldchampionships doesn't equal skill. true talent doesn't need some numbers.

FERNANDO ALONSO

Ok i should probobly give you a little bit of story behind every f1 video you react and every driver you react. So Fernando Alonso's f1 career started in 2001 in a very slow minardi at the age of 19 but in his first year in f1 he didn't score any points and finished the season in 23rd place in 2002 he didn't take part in the season but worked as a test and reserve driver in renault before he was signec as a full time driver in 2003 where he scored his pole position and first podium in malaysia and later first win in hungary despite a huge crash in brazil where he suffered a brused left elbow knee and thigh and funniest thing about it is that Alonso was classified third after the race because he was running third before he crashed out because the race was red flagged then suspended and results were taken before the race was suspended. Fernando Alonso finished the 2003 season in 6th place with 55 points in the standings. Next year for Alonso wasn't that great as he wanted, as he didn't score any wins in the season but finished 4 time on the podium and finished the 2004 season in 4th. 2005 was his breake through year where he scored 7 wins 6 poles 2 fastest laps and 15 podiums and also scored his first ever world championship with renault and became the youngest champion ever at age 24 beating Emerson Fittipaldis record at age 25 before it was beaten by Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel at age 23. In 2006 he managed to defend his title and became a two time world champion. In 2007 he had left the renault team and went to drive for mclaren where he scored 4 wins 2 poles 3 fastest laps and 12 fastest laps and finished the season in 3rd place losing the championship against Kimi Raikkonen. In 2008 he went back to renault where he only managed to score 2 wins and 3 podiums but finished the season i 5th place. 2009 was even worse where he only scored 1 pole and 1 podium and finished the season only in 9th place. In 2010 he moved to ferrari where managed to win the first with the team in the opening round in bahrain he was also set to win the championship that year but things went wrong at the final race where he only needed to finish on the podium or in p5 to win the championship but because of a bad pitstop call he got stuck behind the renault of Vitaly Petrov where he finished the race in 7th place and finished the season in 2nd place. In 2011 he wasn't even close to be in the fight for the championship despite scoring one win at the british gp and finished the season in 4th place. In 2012 he once again had a chance to score his third title after he had won 3 races that season but at the final race everything went wrong again but was very close this time when his rival Sebastian Vettel spun in the opening lap which gave hope for Fernando to win but at the end Vettel had managed to climb up the field in 6th and Fernando finished on the podium which wasn't enough to win the championship. In 2013 he was set to challange Vettel again for the title having scored 2 wins in the first half of the season but in the 2nd half of the season he droped off and officialy losted at the indian gp with only 3 races to go. In 2014 he didn't score any wins at all despite finishing 2 times on the podium and later in the season he announced that he will leave ferrari and will go back to mclaren in 2015 which didn't go so well as the mclaren was so slow because of the honda engine and finished the season in 17th place with only 11 points and the same was in 2016 and 2017 where he finished 10th and 17th in 2017 midseason he skiped one race to go race at the indy500 where retired from the race with an engine failure but was classified in 29th place. 2018 was his final year with mclaren before he retired from the sport and went racing in other series like world endurance 24h at le mans indycar and dakar rally but at the start of this year he returned to f1 driving for alpine where he currently sits in 11th place in the standings. So what do you think of his career and do you think he could still win in his career? Also next f1 driver you should do is Kimi Raikkonen. See you in the next video.

@@gallegobreakbeatretro6438 bruh how u do say that he's won 4 back to back titles and he's tied with the great Fangio, he has the 4th most number of wins ever and is the second most successful driver on the grid today so please read up before you comment

@@deplege2344 u Vettel just had the best car by far, i remember all that seasons, it was horrible to see that red bull dominance, they killed the sport during those years. The real goat its Alonso doing the impossible with midgrid cars and winning with a "renault" he is the real deal not vettel and not hamilton.
