Easily one of the most exciting March releases for me, if not one of my top 10 for 2024 overall! Based on the demo and everything else we've been told about it, Vanillaware is knocking it out of the park yet again. Anyone who enjoys strategy, fantasy, rich lore and tactical gameplay should NOT miss it.
Would be into RoTR if it wasn't play station exclusive BUT, dragon's dogma 2 absolutely peaked my interest, even if i haven't played or seen much of the first game at all.
@@christophermoore6110 From what I've gathered they're adding things, not taking away. So, previously exclusive maps are now in all versions, along with the XL mode that used to be PC only.
@@Freestyle80 I do but only towards the originals which I've now modded to uograde them. As for the Classic Collection - "These are not the Battlefronts we were hoping for" and it pushed me to finally do those upgrades. 🙂
Thank you very much for covering our new FTD game, Outpost: Infinity Siege! (11:41) The game, which combines elements of FPS, tower defense, and real-time strategy, will be available on March 26th. We are releasing gameplay videos and warmly invite you to watch them if you are interested!
yeah i saw that tag and then mentioned it at end of segment and got excited since i've not played in a few years now. then checked the game's website and nope, a lie.
It's bold for Rise of the Ronin to be competing with Dragons Dogma 2's release date. It actually makes me want to play both but naturally Dragon's Dogma 2 will be first. 😅
6:00 MLB The Show 24 is shown to be coming to PC (as well as in the details for the video) but I couldn't find anything saying that to be the case. Everything I did find shows that it's going to be skipping PC again this year like it has been for the last several installments
Also from what I've seen of him in interviews he seems to be a pretty big fan of video games so I bet he'll actually show up and perform the role well and not just phone it in
Can't wait to play Dragon's Dogma 2 and Princess Peach: Showtime! So far 2024 has been pretty good for new game releases albeit a couple of duds along the way *cough Suicide Squad & Skull and Bones cough* Here's hoping this trend of mainly well received games continues through the rest of the year!
2024 is shaping up to be a great year for Jrpg/rpg games like Granblue Fantasy: Relink Persona 3 Reload, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth and many more like DD2 and Final Fantasy.
I'm interested to see what Expeditions: A MudRunner Game is gonna be like. That comes out early March. Other than that, I'll be picking up Horizon Forbidden West on PC. First one was so good! Really enjoy it. If this one is just building on that, I'm all for it! :)
I found HFW to be worse than the first one. I couldn't finish it because the story was so boring. At least the first one had mystery and kind of a red line to follow.
They are horrible at making lists. No Unicorn Overlord and Metaphor in their top 20 RPGs coming out this year should tell you a lot about this channel.
Dragon's Dogma 2 and Unicorn Overlord will take my entire March and change for sure. Definitely will want Ronin as well, but I will hold off due to funds sadly at launch. I thought 2023 was amazing with good games, but 2024 is coming out swinging!
Actually outlast trials is already out, and this go around, you can actually throw things near or at enemies to distract or stun them. Its pretty fun, definitely a strange twist in the outlast series, but fun nonetheless
@@camzy96 trials is really good, but like falcon said, it isn’t a direct sequel. There are the core elements of outlast with things added to it that i wont mention as to avoid spoiling the experience for you. But it definitely helps add a fresh twist on the game
@@JustJCCosplayYeah, I got 220 hours in it. I was really skeptical at first but I was shocked at just how tightly designed it is. Deserves to get more attention in my eyes.
By the way, *gameranx,* for *DRAGON's DOGMA II...* it isn't called the _"Resident Evil"_ engine- it's called the *_REACH FOR THE MOON_* engine. Pretty obvious what with the hand _reachin'_ toward the moon in the logo, right? I was pretty surprised as well after *RE VILLAGE*
Disappointed you didn't cover; Classified France '44, Unicorn Overlord, Legend of Legacy HD Remastered, The Inquisitor, Plate Up!, Outlast 2, Emergency Call - The attack squad, Survivor - Castaway Island 🏝️ Etc...
11:42 if anyone's interested in fps tower defense games, Sanctum 2 is probably the most prolific one that has come out so far. Will be interesting to see more entries in that genre
Imma huge South Park fan so excited even though it’s really not my type of game genre wise. The reason it looks so good in 3D is because they make the show in Maya in 3D they just render it to look 2D.
The 'RE' in RE Engine doesn't stand for 'Resident Evil', it stands for 'Reach For The Moon'. Kinda convoluted but I guess it rolls off the tongue better than calling it RFTM engine.
Man, yall are killing it with these videos!! It takes a lot of time and dedication to upload regularly, so appreciate the hard work you put into them guys!! ✊️
This is the best month for new games in some time for me. I'll be getting Dragon's Dogma 2, Rise Of The Ronin, Expeditions, and Southpark Snowday in that order.
Yeah it's rare that 2 games come out in the same month that get my attention but March has achieved that with Horizon Forbidden West and Dragon's Dogma 2. I'll be holdin gof on playin gDragons Dogma 2 till I get time for a proper go at the first game as I was playin gthe first but ended up abandoning it fo rsom ereason an dneve rgot roun dt ofinishing th eplaythrough I was enjoying i tthough so I didn' tabandon it becaus eof the fact I didn' tlike it. I just was trying to tak etoo much on gamewise at he time and it wa s jus ton eo fthe playthrough's I jus trended up dropping. I reall yenjoyed Zero Dawn when that came to PC Played it again recently in preparatoin for this so I'm reall ypumped and primed to join sassy Aloy again in the Forbidden West.
That princess peach game looks reminiscent of a story side scrolling mode for super smash bros, It even has that thing where the enemies fly off the screen tumbling when defeated.
Dragons Dogma 2 and Unicorn Overlord will both rule march. The Thaumaturge looks nice too. No clue why both amazing games like unicorn Overlord and The Thaumaturge are not on the list.
I think the one game im waiting on is Dragon Ball Sparking Zero and its looking like a late 2024 into early 2024 release unless they already gave us a hint at the release date
The outlast trials is fun to play with others. Alone is doable but together makes it easier. Definitly some missions where you have to get out of stealth.
Falcon, what's your work schedule like? Just wondered how you fit in so many games per week, do you get any time off?! Appreciate all the work you've done for us over the years.
Thank you for mentioning Tacoma. I just played it this month for the first time and it blew my mind, and I don’t usually care for those types of games.
I'm mostly looking forward to Classified: France '44. A WWII XCOM-like game. From what I've seen it looks and plays great. They definitely deserve some attention.
What was team ninja thinking releasing rise right next to dragons dogma?! I want to play both but theres no way im going to get that over dragons dogma
Addictively Entertaining! I stumbled upon this gaming channel and got hooked instantly. The host's humor and enthusiasm make every video a joy to watch
Pure madness the schedule for this month. A bunch of highly expected games coming all together in less than one week (20~26). I have no clue wtf these studios were thinking for these release dates.
Amazing video gameranx of upcoming games in march of 2024,fantastic job. I’m excited for dragon dogma 2,south park snow day, alone in the dark and princess peach game also the samurai game for ps5 too.
That South Park games gives me those South Park Ps1 games vibe... Reminds me of that classic when you're in a car and it's open world and you go around talking to everyone. Can't wait looks so fun!
The only game I'm excited for in March 2024 is rise of the ronin it will be the 2nd game I buy this year. I pre-ordered ps5 physical version at the Gamestop I shop at. I will be playing solo the whole time
I really like Jake, but damn it Falcon voice is freaking magical. Thanks to him, this is my favorite RU-vid channel. There is something about his voice and the way he talks that no matter what he says, I want to listen to it.
He talked abt the outlast Trials as if they haven’t been out for a year already 💀 buddy they’re coming out of EARLY ACCESS this March but the general gist of how the game plays is already out there
