Jax was initially the most OP champ without the nerfs and rework. Insane attack speed, AD and AP adds HP, dodge attacks and activate AOE stun, AP and AD scaling on skills is also huge. A hyper carry with 3K+ HP that can 1v5.

Eve's nerf wasnt actually as bad as it seemed. It took a lot of people to get how to use her correctly, but in S2 she was very strong. (Still considered as bad as Urgot who was the worst) But once people figured it out, you were able to do crazy things. As a mordekaiser main, I love the way he looks and hate the way he plays sometimes. His e feels like the only way you can reliably q anything, and the max shield from maxed w is just... awful. His ultimate is awesome though, defeats the point of a gank, and if tanky enough, you can r the enemy fed or carry and if you don’t outright kill them, you can at least postpone them and stall them.

Think the Twisted Fate nerfs are worth mentioning, he had a global teleport which also slowed the entire enemy team amd gave true sight, as a basic ability. And was able to stun you for the highest damage out of all his cards, had super low cooldowns.

What's more reliable than those nerfs? Ubisoft releasing Ops in Rainbow 6 seige that are broken

You should do a most broken builds of all time video. Runeglaive ez, tank fizz top, ap master yi. Basically all the builds that were op and never intended for the champion to build that way or a specific item coming out that made a certain champ op

There was that time they reworked LB, the rework was oppressive and then they gutted her to the point you had to hit them with an ability, wait 1.5 seconds and then you could do just over half their hp

Funny thing is their current issue is they took characters designed for the old Runes and Mastery system and then put them in this new whatever it's called system and are having to rework them. I like some of the reworks but others weren't necessary. Aatrox needed a buff which would of been handled by the patch they released the reworked version with with the change to the core mechanics (what I'm gonna start calling Runes and Mastery's replacement as well as add old to refer to og). Mordekaiser was in the same boat, idk shit about Swain other than the rework pissed off a guy I talk to in Discord.

If season 3 olaf isn't on this list then idk he is the one I remember going from super good to trash dumpster tier for years.

Can I share something? I main Ryze way back years ago then left league because of being busy in college life. Then few days ago I played this game again and I can remember any of the champs I used to play except my favorite, Ryze. I used to hate him during the 2014-2015 because of his complicated skill set but then when they reworked him in 2016 or 2017 I practiced him a lot and even won tournaments along with him but there it goes, the calling of education. I'm not that kind of person who's too smart so I needed to let go of playing league in pursue of education. It was like 2 and a half year before I had the chance to play again which is like days ago and it turns out like he isn't the Ryze I used to play anymore (not saying that I'm a good player but I think I can play like natural players do) his shields/barriers are gone which I can't trade well even with a LeBlanc in mid lane, and it totally sucks like losing lane phases with a champ you used to defeat easily in lanes. I really hope that Riot will give Ryze another chance of buff or balancing stat.

Think the biggest nerf should be tf in the beta in his current one. His ult was just his W or e (forget wich one) and have the same range as GP ult so basically every where, smaller CD. Also his blue red and golden card have better ratio, to the point that that is stupid (something like 100% ap ratio or something like that, don't remember) he have a different spell for his "auto boost" and a different passif that make him OP so in my opinion that a huge nerf.

Let's be honest, Riot doesn't know how to balance shit for days on end. Balance to them means to brutally gut something or literally remove it from the game.

Actually the biggest nerf in history was Akali's old E, became the most useless ability in the game, killed the champion, sent her to the lowest win rate and pick rate of all champions, anddd years later after still not being picked after a tiny few buffs, got her reworked. into the mess she is now, plus she already got more reworks/ners than ryze and irelia ever did.

im surprised old ww and fiora werent mentioned from the red smite on hit days that one was aperfect example of the problem with riots balance they gutted the champs abusing an item, and fixed the abusing item fiora went from bad to nigh unplayable and warwick ult was essentially just a 0 dmg supress

I remember buying the mecha aatrox skin after my friends made fun of me because he was a shit champion. I laughed and said "how much you wanna bet he gets a rework and is totally broken because riot needs to sell skins?" about a month or so later he got a rework and was absolutely broken.

New gankplank was so op and he had 100% pick or ban rate at 2015 worlds championship more than mordekaiser. Also he took nerf 10-12 patch but why you put him into these video. I am really confident to see him in number one but i was shocked when i do not saw him.

Balance isn't a word in Riot's dictionary. There are SO many champions that are broken or just all around not fun to play against in this game. Aatrox, Yuumi, Zoe, Senna, Yasuo, Morde, Neeko, Akali, the list goes on... Honestly the thing that pisses me off the most is just how undefined invisibility is. Some people you can see, some people you can't, and even if you have a pink ward some are invisible and can't be seen regardless. It's retarded. Not to mention the fact that Yuumi can just hop onto an invis champ and she's invis too with NO indication whatsoever where she is is so fucking bullshit. Her combined with Twitch if he's even a little bit ahead is impossible to deal with.

This video clearly forgot about Season 1 Jax. Dodge on 0.3s cooldown where you could spam his stun that also did AOE damage , dodge could dodge turret shots, minion attacks, and champion attacks. He had a 2s cooldown Q (jump/gap closer/escape). Season 1 Jax could literally 1 vs. 5 the enemy team under a turret and come out alive.

I didn't play 2018 and 19 (played S1 - 7 and now 10 again), and imagine my confusion when I just found out that Akali couldn't be hit by turrets in her shroud and had even more healing. Wtf was rito thinking? Also I'm still bummed about the Aatrox rework. I especially hate his new visuals.
