Now its just speculation but the Drust are just Vrykul that migrated to Kul Tiras before the Gilneans that later became the Kul Tirans did. And with the joining the Humans they could have had little Drustlings thus accounting for the 'bigger' humans. More Vrykul blood.
You can't claim that for some reason the humans on Kul Tiras are genetically different than other humans, in case we've seen and fought alongside/against Kul Tirans before. If they were different, if they were more vrykul-like, we kinda would've noticed... Jaina, her father, her soldiers, the keep in Durotar, Northwatch Keep in the Barrens, all the Kul Tirans in Dustwallow Marsh... You have to either be blind or have Alzheimer. And no, claiming that an entire nation is just strongman competitors (including the women) is just silly. In conclusion: KT humans are just fat humans. Its pretty ironic because in some of the books they mention how alliance soilders are scared to fight tauren due to there strength, and size and horde soilders are scared to fight gnomes because of there machines and gadgets.
A really good example of tauren strength you could have showed was when Sylvanas yelled "For the Horde" in the cinematic and that one tauren literally just ran through alliance and flinged them with his horns

You can also see Saurfang (an old Orc) throwing the actual Human king several feets away with just one push (because humans really are nothing, even compared to an old orc). Where as Saurfang got his ass beat out of the shot with just one claw strike of Genn, a Worgen.
Seeing Cairne again just make me sad and wonder how different Azeroth would had been if he had beaten Garrosh without him landing a single scratch with that poisoned ax.

I'd say their not agile, but definitely not slow. Like orcs for example can clearly dodge attacks and stuff more well, but no race (exept the dranei maybe) can outrun a Tauren.
no draenei is because they got lightspeed skills. and this video's so much horde bias everyone knows draenei are strongeer then orcs just watch tbc citimatic. plus i on my human paladin nuked a taruran druid there was a tank in a 1vs1. so you really needs to rethink your statements.
Trolls should be divided, as humans were... some trolls are definitely op, but default playable troll, I don't think it can rank higher than Draenei nor orc... I would say they are near the level of Night elves
maybe not the darkspear, seeing how they were really considered the pussiest of trolls. honestly, they werent as vicious and psychotic as splitterskull and bloodscalp tribes, so they were driven out of stv, then they were beaten pretty badly by a naga and some murlocs and yes, i agree that was during w3 and its not really fair to compare the strength depiction of those days to the today's standard of killing fuckin oldgods, but still....they were drove out of their island by a fuckin naga and some murlocs what a bunch of bitches. but besides that darkspear (so to some extent jungle trolls), other types of troll are pretty rad you have ice trolls which are massive big burly boys. you have zandalari, that are royal, big, strong, intelligent, vertical trolls that can fuck shit up easily you have the forest trolls (amani empire) that were described in the books as being stronger than the orcs by Doomhamer(?), if im not mistaken. They are bigger than the jungle trolls but smaller than zandalari, very agile, living their lives swinging from the branches of the trees. In my head, they could be compared to chimpanzees, which are batshit insane creatures that can overpower humans, despite their small size. Chimps are 4 times stronger that humans in the size to strength chart because its very physically demanding to live your life climbing. Likewise, forest trolls are some bloodthirsty, insane, berserking sons of bitches, but arent that witty. sand trolls are like...pretty meh? not whimpy but just eh, pretty akin to darkspear but insane and dark trolls that, following that twilights hammer's attack, just arent anymore so overall id say you can cram all of them together in one category, seeing as the playeble trolls incorporate darkspear that are similar to night elves, zandalari, that are strong, and to some extent, forest trolls (by the way of Raventusk tribe, that is oficially part of the horde and by the way of the ex members of the Dark Horde, that were given amnesty, together with the orcish Blackrock Clan by Garrosh during mop). Right now you cant fully customize a character to be a forest troll, but weve seen at blizzcon that they will introduce customization options for wildhammer dwarves so they better fuckin deliver on the best fuckin subspecies of trolls too.
Ice trolls are stronger than Forest trolls which, in turn, are stronger than orcs. Condsidering that dark trolls were exiled subspecies of Forest trolls you van place them between Forest and jungle trolls. Sand trolls are subspecies of jungle trolls and are really famished from living in a desert.
I feel sorry for my mounts caring my taruen paladin around in his full plate armor. You known if they could talk you know they would say “This fu@#er is heavy!”
Unironically I would make an honorable mention for mechagnomes of all races, since while they are an offshoot of the smallest race in the game, they basically found a way to reverse the curse of flesh, making them the only playable race that are literal creatures of metal. At the VERY least, this would put them ahead of humans, for example. Trying to arm wrestle a mechagnome would be like trying to arm wrestle a tiny trash compactor. You could probably lift him up and shake him around a bit, but he's not going to let go of that hand and you're probably going to have every bone up to your humerus crushed if he wants you to.
I mean if anyone Sylvannas has dueled in the past 4 years actually managed to land a good hit on her, she’d be done. She was one shotted by Arthas and Godfrey, for example. If she didn’t kite Genn and he actually started to really get his claws into her, I don’t think there would be big enough shreds left of her for the Val’kyr or even the Jalior to bring back. A glancing blow from an older worgen of average size alone would feasibly shatter half of her ribs and either puncture or burst a lung. She was just unphased by his strike because she’s undead and doesn’t feel pain or rely on the same processes to stay “alive”. The problem is she’s been infamous for being hard to catch since Warcraft 3 and has been empowered by what is apparently one if the most powerful beings in existence, possibly even before her dealings with Helja.
A group of fully grown Tauren males in plate armour coming at you would probably be more like that scene from the 3rd Lord of the Rings movie, where the armoured cave trolls storm through the gates of Minas Tirrith and just start sending people flying. Although Cave Trolls are about 18 feet ish tall, a big Tauren can get into the 12 - 13 foot range. I mean..what the hell would you do against that if you're a bog standard human in armour? You can't parry their weapon, its just too heavy and got too much force behind it. You can't block for the same reason. Even if your shield took the hit, your arm and shoulder bones would be turned into powder by the force of the impact.

Perfect way to show how imposing Tauren are in metal armor is the BFA cinematic where a Tauren just crashes through his own barricade to barrel directly into a formation of armered soldiers and they couldn't even stop that behemoth.
There is a more powerful creature that could exist that could outclass both the Taurens and the worgens and that would be Taurens taking the worgen's form via druidism, imagine a beast larger and stronger than a Tauren with the agility and ferocity of a worgen with sharp powerful claws and Tauren like horns, it would be an unstoppable killing machine!
Worgen definitely earned their spot. Genn Greymane moved a freaking boulder that several night elves couldn't move. I would even argue that an enraged Worgen could be stronger than a Tauren, and this comes from a Tauren player.
Why is everyone overestimating oversized doggos? Wow. You use the strongest worgen as an example of all dogs. Wow ordinary night elves couldn't move the Boulder? What a surprise for a race that made it to 10th place. If you use that Exempel of the strongest of the race representing it, then garrosh and cairne wouldnt fight to the death... They would play fucking tennis against each other. With the Boulder genn moved. And if a giant ass tauren gets attacked by an oversized dog that is just slightly bigger than human, he just kicks him with his leg that weighs as much as the worgen itself and the giant hoof will crush every bone in its body leading to his death. Then the tauren will teabag the dead sonofabitch, setup a campfire on it to make some delicious shrider stew for him and his fellow tauren who he's gonna invide so they can as well laugh about the dumb stray little dog that dared to attack him. Then he will go to thunderbluff to his cow wife to make babies so the worgen actually have an equal opponent that is a fking baby cow. Damnit. I get so into it when complaining about wow

thats true they were orginally suppose to be there normal size, look at Cairne in Warcraft 3 he is the same size if not little bit bigger than Thrall on his Wolf, thats an Orc (already one of the juicest and muscle big races) with his mount, thats ginormus, would be fun too see all those who play tauren block more with their insanely big mounts then xD
Love the videos, would love to see which race you think has the strongest army if it was every race for themselves. I personally think the dwarves especially with the addition of the dark iron would have the best infrastructure and technology in place while not sacrificing physical or magical might
"Their biggest weakness is their agility and dexterity as they have hooves and they weight a lot" lol hell no, they might not be the MOST agile, but even in the game they tell you many times to not underestimate them because of their bulkiness, they are way more agile than they look, reason why their entire culture focuses around "the hunt", no matter your class they are all "hunters". Hell, originally they gave them an ability just like worgen of running without a mount. Can you imagine a giant minotaur with full plate armor and a biggass tree trunk on one hand running at you at epic mount speed? Holy shit that would be scary. They only removed this skill because Blizzard couldn't figure out how to introduce it into the game in a balanced way, and because players wanted kodos, I think this is also why kodo mounts are so bugged in Classic (they don't emit sounds nor have an unique animation when you are still and press spacebar). I'm 100% sure that there were special tauren troops that used this ability to it's full extent, as messengers or scouts, but I can't find it now. So, yeah, Tauren aren't humanoids that resemble bulls, they ARE humanoid bulls.
My top 3 has always been 1. Tauren 2. Orc 3. Troll with Orc being #1 if enraged. Never really considered Worgen but it can make sense. There existence is based off of a curse and things like that usually give boons along with their weaknesses.
I dont really think Draenai are physicaly below Pandas and Orks... Also I dont think Trolls should be above Orks. Should be somewhere on level of the Night Elves. But yes, Tauren should be TOP. Draenai should be on 3rd place though under the Worgen. Below Draenai should be Orks. Then Pandas, Trolls, Dark Elves...
The base stats in vanilla state that the strongest race are tauren, followed by orcs and dwarfs. The less strong ones would be gnomes, elves and undeads
I'm surprised that Ogres and Furbolgs weren't mentioned, but this seems to be a video for the playable races rather than all the humanoid races in the game. If a video is made of which is the strongest of all the humanoid races (no blasted giants or faceless ones), I'd like to nominate Ogres, Mogu and Fubolgs immediately

Taurens are 3 meter tall, where the fk is the dwarf gonna hit to one punch a Tauren lmao, the Tauren would just yeet the dwarf away with a kick or a hit from a log
@@lordslashingtonsmoments6125 The knees. A good hit to side or the back of knee would knock the Tauren off balance or break the knee if it hit hard enough. Once the Tauren has been bought down the Dwarf can do what it wants. It's not quite a one shot, but that's how Dwarves fight enemies that are larger than them.
@@regalbryant902 Taurens are almost pure muscles and are just all in all extremely large so I think there's just too much mass for the dwarves to actually do serious harm to a Tauren before they can completely demolish them. We even see it in the first cinematic for WoW how a single Tauren with his tree log killed a Dwarf and his bear pet on his own while the Dwarf has a gun and thus has a ranged advantage ontop and the Tauren didn't even have any heavy armor.

That's something I won't even try to deny, I was just leaving a comment to explain how a dwarf would go about fighting a tauren using the lore. Get right up in the Tauren's personal space so the tauren can't really get a good swing in, take out the knee and move on. As strong as tauren are, they can't exactly yeet a dwarf over the horizon like they're team rocket. A dwarfs true strength is resilliance. Those little motherfuckers are literally as dense as the stone they walk on and as stubborn as the rams they ride, If they need to take a few hits to get the job done they'll gladly take them. I'd wager that in close quarter's a dwarf would be able to outmanoeuvre a tauren too. Dwarves aren't the most nimble of races by any strech of the imagination, but compared to a tauren a dwarf would be pretty quick when it comes to footwork in a duel. Once again I'm not saying that there's no way a dwarf could lose to a tauren. I'm just making a point that there are ways a dwarf could beat a tauren, and trying (In my own non-articulate way) to explain the universal dwarven strategy of "Here's a biggun, Let's bring him down to our level!" An idea that is effective in lore, but we can't put into practice in game because reasons. Fucking hell, just went to re-read this and noticed I wrote a fucking novel. I'm sorry.
@@regalbryant902 Don't worry about that, we shouldn't forget that the Tauren is also really agile in comparison to the overall mass they are carrying. They do swing pretty fast even with tree logs and has long range that I don't even think a Dwarf would be able to dodge a massive log coming right to him and then have enough time to get in position to try and knock them down before another swing of the log would come. One hit from the Tauren would knock them completely off the ground if not smash them entirely depending on how they were hit. (Like if the Tauren hit from the head first.)
If it was a case of pure brute strength then yeah, but take into account the trolls ability to regenerate and trolls will always beat the orcs into next week. Most races would fall over if they lost a hand or get stabbed in the throat or chest. Trolls don't do that, Trolls regenerate and keep fighting.
@@bigbadwolf6254 You forget that nelves are not only descended from trolls and have been blessed by their goddess Elune, but can also be a LOT bulkier than the in-game model canonically. A good example would be broll bearmantle, or your average druid of the claw. Those guys were built like boulders.

Can’t wait for a Tauren Warchief and they should move the horde capitol to Thunderbluff and revamp the whole zone into a giant city with a couple secret entrances thru the surrounding mountains and fortify the whole zone so you can only fly into the area use the secret tunnels or the front Gate.

Agreed. Worgen seem to get overlooked by man players in terms of brute strength.....which is odd because their brute strength and ferocity is what drew the elves to their power in fighting the Satyr and were known to tear them limb from limb bare handed.
Worgens are so underrated, like obviously is strong, is a fucking werewolf. But the racial is the most dumbest thing, I think it could make more sense to give Worgens a racial like a "heroic leap" since they can jump on buildings and stuff
Orcs can actually grow a lot taller, not too much proof of it though since the largest Orc we know of was Blackhand, I don't know his specific height or size but if you fight him on the ship in Talador you can see just how massive he is compared to Orcs like Durotan for example, it looked like Blackhand was taller than an average Ogre and that says a LOT for an Orc who are actually devolved Ogres if you look at the lore behind their origins.
Gnomes should have been on this list, proportionally they are one of the strongest races in the game able to lift multiple times their body weight (something I doubt even Tauren can do) and have been known to crush skulls WITH THEIR BARE HANDS.
Also, if i remember correctly, it was something about bain or his father cairne ( not sure who it was ) Said once about Garrosh been the warchief. If he didn't hold back, and got the chance to grab Garrosh, he could have rip Garrosh in half. And we know how buff Garrosh is as well. O.o And i know, those main characters are stronger than us normal/their races but still, it says a a lot of the Taurens strength and i could see a Tauren could grab and elf or human or orc and rip them in half.
In unarmed combat worgen would still win... Like you changed the rules sorta on the tauren. Yes raw brutish strength clad in armor yes tauren hands down. But in rags un armed worgen will still be a draw so i think both are a joined first place. Worgen 1 good claw swing tauren dies one stun punch and tauren wins.
counterargument have you seen the horns ? add a handle and a gnome could use that as a two handed sword futhermore they have a thick hide and pelt so slashing meight not be as effective
actually in wild you can see some wolves get tossed away by horns, usually they just run away after it, so it's not so devastating, since agile means you have lot of endurance compared to your weight, and for effective horn attack, you need heavy opponent, so he clashes with you and you can put the force into him, it's like smashing fly in the air with hammer (if you don't count the harder material than the hand) it has same effect as slapping it with hand... and their thick hide won't save them from one good bite to the neck...
@@Zeejir I dunno dude, Worgen claws can cut through demon-hide, which is gonna be so much tougher than any mortal pelts. I think while Tauren are definitely the physically stronger race, in a fight between the two, whoever lands the first blow is almost guaranteed a win.
Zeejir a Tauren would have to hit a worgen with his horns which means he has to lower his head and try to ram and gouge him. That leaves him exposed and a worgen can outrun a horse. Worgen are also extremely nimble and strong that they can dance around their prey without much effort. A Tauren would wear himself out if he went on the offensive, but the worgen would do hit and run tactics. Meaning he’d strike with his claws and fangs bite into the hide of a Tauren and skin him alive with his claws. It’s one of their racial abilities in skinning no need for knives. The worgen would also be capable of throwing carriages full with items weighing easily a ton with no difficulty like we see in Twilight Highlands crucible. They also have been thrown like rag dolls by greater demons and creatures only to get up like nothing happened. Showing they’ve got the perfect balance of the claws, strength, speed, dexterity and intellectual ability to use it all. A Tauren versus a Worgen would be like a muscular heavy duty high school wrestler versus a well seasoned marine with claws instead of hands who have a predator’s instincts.
I think Dorons kind of fudged it a little just so that there would be ten races on the list. Zandalari trolls? Certainly. Imagine being able to dent a car just by casually pressing your thumb into it. They're also two heads taller than orcs. Frost Trolls are even stronger than that, and Forest Trolls aren't far behind. Darkspear trolls? Not so much.

Gnomes, at least proportionally. They can keep up with all the other races in both dealing and taking damage, even move as fast despite the tiny little legs. That is why I consider gnomes the strongest.
One day circa 25 years from now when blizzard finally makes good on their ancient promise to me that Ogres would be a playable race you will need to update your list.
Hmmmm... goblins and gnomes are the strongest pound for pound. This isnt a joke. On the book the sundering, they said that eve though they goblins that were building deathwings armor looked small they were super strong. Also there was a time when mekkatorque grabbed a massive 5 meter trogg and killed it with a single punch. Appearances can be deceiving.
Garrosh really isn't comperable to carne as cairne was ", Cairne was considered one of the most dangerous creatures alive." and garrosh is more of meh sides from orcs in power and all warrior warlords from wod are better warriors than garrosh it would like comparing chaos grom to cairne as chaos grom soloed cenarius.
To people saying that Worgen don’t deserve their spot: Ferals basically took out 90% of Gilneas Forsaken got overwhelmed The Worgen form is literally a Druid form and the most powerful one. Also, for every other race including the Worgen, don’t take the models that we have in game as “This is correct” there’s a limit for playables .

Very good, however humans are physically stronger than night elves, its been stated multiple times even back in vanilla and in the newest wc3 reforged that melee is not their strong point. Other than that I couldnt do it better.

I wouldn't say Kul Tiran are fat... if you ever look at strong men that lift atlas stones they often have this "belly". It's not fat its muscle. Most notable strong man is the man who plays the mountain in game of thrones, Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson.
Eerm... Don't mean to be a buzzkill, but in unarmed 1v1 dwarves would absolutely shred. All they'd need to do is get to your legs, they are stronger than humans, the leverage would be fucking insane, that way the saying "The bigger they are, the harder they fall" would be so true.
One hit might sometimes be just what you need to beat someone in a fight. No matter how many strikes you score, if they are shallow or hit one's guard, they could all be nullified by a good counter hit right on a sweet spot.
he got two hits now that I watched the cinematic again. First was some kind of chi energy which didn't affect Garrosh at all, and Garrosh was knocked down from the second one. He clearly had the chance, but man, the wooden floor ruined it all.

So you differentiate between Humans and Kul Tiran, but not between Orcs and Maghar, Tauren and Highmountain, Trolls and Zandalari, Draenei and Lightforged or Dwarves and Dark Iron?
Im unsure why you think having hooves would slow a race, have you ever tried running from a charging bull or pissed off goat IRL? they are pretty freaking fast with a lot of force packed behind them, if anything they would be extremely fast in a straight line but lose dexterity (Apart from slender draenei who could quite easily scale cliffs and whatnot thanks to how their legs are built.)
with the dual between cairne and garrosh, cairne was expected to win as he was more battle hardened, was smarter, stronger, had had naturally forming weapons on his head.
Here’s a thing that came to my mind when you mentioned the trolls. Their dance is based of the Brazilian dance called Capoeira. During the 1920s martial artists began to incorporate the Capoeira dance into their practices. and since every (almost) troll can perform that dance, does that mean they’re even better fighters? (If they also use Capoeira as a fighting technique) just a thought though. Great video btw, I really enjoyed it
I do martial arts myself and pretty much can say that if you are already a fighter than capoeira will most likely not enhance anything. It's really more dance than martial art
Draenei so low is just wrong. Should be on a shared position with orcs. They were massacred by orcs due to numbers and demon blood, but their warriors were more than a match for orcs in terms of strength. They are huge
Not reeeally strength related but i think you should have mentioned the Trolls Regeneration ability as the other races would be severely weakened by losing a limb
why are you putting trolls that high on the list? because of dire trolls and other non playable variants? you can't play as dire trolls, just as humans can't play as Vrykul, you should hold them to the same standard.
an 8ft tall human of that build would weigh much more than just 300 pounds, and even more than 400. Hafthor Bjornsson is only 6ft 9 and weighs 450ibs, and while his muscle mass is comparable to a kultiran inch for inch wise, kultirans have an even higher body mass due to their fat. 5-600 pounds would probably be a better estimate, and they could probably snap a night elf in half
2:50 actually in unarmed combat dwarves would have the advantage with their low height because of a thing called grappling, that is very common in historical european martial arts.
