Hey man love all the content that you put out across your socials, I’m currently working towards the handstand push up but first just focusing on upping my holds atm from a few seconds currently, any advice for doing this and Is the rest time on the workout plans between sets or exercises?

Thanks bro that means a lot to me! And yes spend a lot of time on the wall! When you were first starting out eliminate the balance factor so that you can put all of your effort into building strength. So I would do a lot of Wall HSPU, Wall handstand holds, wall shoulder taps, wall shoulder shrugs, and watch a lot of videos on the proper form for all the exercises also. Record yourself and then compare to the vids and adjust. And then just stay consistent! The more you work on handstand the better you are going to be!
