I'm not a professional fighter but I've competed in the past more from an amateur point of view. But as I've gotten older my shoulder Mobility has diminished so I appreciate this video and I'm going to give those exercises I try. Thank you

i always neglected shoulders during strength and conditioning because i was taught having muscle on the shoulders often causes muscle fatigue as your throwing punches. I’m assuming this isn’t completely true because of this video. Can you guys confirm this?
no that's not true at all unless you train the shoulder muscles to be big and bulky but as long as you just train them to be stronger it will have the opposite affect
