Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

To anyone wondering if stretching does increase height, yes it does. I've tried it before and and I went from 5'10 to 6ft. I stopped as I got really busy with work but it worked for me while I was doing it. I'm 23 and I'm 6'2 now. My dream height is 6'4 but now that I think of it, I have a very small car so it's probably a good thing I'm not that height as my head already touches the roof while I'm driving. Lol.

@bogdanirimias9425 I did the exercises when I was in my teens. I grew a couple inches when I was doing the stretches though, yup. In my 20's, I only grew half an inch. I was 6'1 1/2 when I was 19. Doctor measured me a few weeks ago and she told me I'm 6'2 now. I haven't done these exercises as an adult. However, you do have a chance as some people keep growing until they reach their 20's. Try the exercises out, get your sleep and it might work. I've heard of people growing into their 20's.

Doing this for 18 days Day 1- 5'6.5 Day 2- I did these stretches plus some other stretches I found that could help for 45 minutes Day 9- I did the same procedures for the past week and my body feels great. (Half Way There!) Day 11- I cut my time down to 30 minutes a day Day 21- I measure myself and I was 5'7. I bearly grew but atleast I did

Age is 19yrs old Height: 4'11 Goal: 5'4 Target: for 10 days (hope so) I'm doing this excercise every night before go to sleep N also doing 1 hour intense hiit workout to active my body and skipping for 30 mins Total : 2 hours of excercise in night and eating healthy no junk Update Sorry I forgot that I need to mention to others too here is what I did I have learnt if we do atleast 30 HIIT workout before sleep , we grow intensively grow faster whenever I slept after workout I feel so tired that I suddenly go to sleep and my body felt so new it is really helpful and I did 10 min streching at night too and 1 hour of skipping in the morning ofcourse at first time I had to tell myself I can not give up and I did those workout I did not want to measure my height I just wanted to my family tell me first that I grow up and exactly after day and night working hard with my body in just 5 days my brother see that I freaking grow up I swear to god I didn't even look at the mirror me and my brother stand in front of the mirror and my brother is 5'7 he is 16yrs and I was 4'11 but I stand with him I was 5'2 in just 5 days to see myself 3 inches tall I was screaming I know for most people it would be seem nothing but for me as a shorter person 3 inches a lot and I gave me confidence that If I countinue to do these workout I will reach 5'7 my brother height too and after almost 2 month of doing hard work finally I'm 5'6.5 inches I have crossed my elder sister my mom my father next is going to be my bro 😌 recently I turned 20 yrs old and my friends are in shocked how I grow this tall in just two month I did not went outside to meet anyone I was working in And yes, in my teens I used to eat a lot of junk but in 2 months I stoped eating unhealthy food and I ate a lot of green veggies to be honest a lot and drank every night 1 glass of milk 🥛 and 4 liters of water a day stopped eating rice except of a Bowl of a lot veggies fried rice I eat a lot of healthy like after days I kinda enjoyed this process of eating vegetables 🥒🥕 Now I'm an adult with much confident

JAI SHRI KRISHNA! 💛💛 I have a few queries- 1) If I am doing workout without a carpet on the ground barefeeted, is it fine? 2) Is it allowed to drink water while doing workout? If Not then after how much time ( POSTWORKOUT), should we drink the water? 3) should we this workout twice a day or doing it only for once in a day is alright? Pls answer them! I'm currently 157 cm AIM 165 cm DAY 1 DONE DAY 2 DONE day 3 done day 4 done day 5 DONE Day 6 done day 7 could not do it , so instead played badminton 1/2 hour DAY 8 DONE

I was 5'3 on july and rn i am shooting for 5'7 by december. I have been watching that kind vids for a while now and using supp called Shiydf and damn that combination really got me growing 1cm or so every month, Thank you keep up the vids!

Age : 17 height : 145 cm....Okay..so today im starting this workout from today and my height is 145 cm... I'll give updates of my meals also.. Day 1: the exercise is pretty easy. Can't feel any change in my body. morning -khichdi with some pickle. Snacks - chocose with 1 and half glass of milk. Dinner - bhindi and 3 parathe . Day 2: I can feel slight pain in my hips and in my stomach area. Day 3 : i skipped coz kal se kick boxing classes Jana h to Aaj time nhi lga so let's do this workout tomorrow!!

You're really going to have to do it to find out for yourself, because weight loss results differ depending on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. I can say you'll be able to see results in 3-4 weeks but just how much and how soon exactly will depend on your body's response to the workout. Some see results in 7 days, some take more time than that. Just remember that you would also need to watch your diet--avoid grains, sugar, and junk foods. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!💪

Can I do this exercise every day while also doing an exercise to lose hip and thigh fat? I'm 15 and my height is 5'1, I want to be tall because my cousins and siblings are very tall and I took a pill before for my height but didn't continue to take it since it tasted and smelled disgusting and a bit expensive so I will try this exercises and hope I will get taller :)

I want to increase my height and weight both. Is there any problem if I do 30 minutes stretching in morning and 30 minute strength training in evening?

Age: 14 Height: 5‘6 Goal: 5‘898 Reason: I want to work in the high Fashion industry and people say I have the looks but not the height I’m doing this workout plus the 15 min supermodel workout from Eylem Abaci, wish me luck! Day 1: ✅ I really enjoyed the exercise

Hello, sewasingh2220! I don't really believe in strict diets. I believe that you should have a balanced nutrition that will help your body stay healthy and strong! If there are foods that you should stay away from, it's grains, sugar, and junk foods. Good luck - you got this!💪
