Great list, Karen!! Enjoy all the summer ideas, & yes, I do also wear a sun hat & sunglasses for protection. Having skin cancer, I have to be so careful. I don’t care where I go in the summer, as long as I'm by the sea with a cool drink!! Cheers from Virginia...where it gets really hot in the summer! 💕

I have freckles thanks to my Scottish mother, & the last thing I should have ever done in the 1980's is use a tanning booth which I did along with girlfriends a lot!! Decades later, I still have them appearing on my body to this day. I definitely keep up with appts with my dermatologist!! Sorry to hear that your husband had it as well, but you gave him sound advice, my friend! Hugs from Virginia 💕

Ive never heard of a cool blanket.oooo i wish id had that when i was suffering with flushes..still not out of the woods yet..what a great idea xx i also need to do something with my hooves lol😅esp my heels.i think i will soak them this week and have a bit of a pamper session.i also love my earbuds they are superb esp when listening to a meditation x thank you love your videos

Morning Karen. Interesting to see all your summer essentials. I have to wear a sun hat too. You can get some lovely ones. Not tried iced tea but those flavours sound refreshing. I only paint my toe nails in summer too and a foot pack is lovely. My summer essential would have to be my throw on everyday round the house dresses. So comfortable and cool to wear xx

Morning Karen. Really enjoyed the video- have ordered the cool blanket and the friction defence cream - think it will be essential if this lovely weather keeps up! Have never been to Scarborough or Whitby, but I am hoping to explore Yorkshire a bit more- have only been to York and that was for our honeymoon over 40 years ago!😮.

Hi Karen, loved the video never had iced tea will certainly try it, love iced coffee. I need some new earbuds I only have the ones you have to plug in no good for my iPad. My favourite go to place if I am in Cornwall we always take a trip to Lands End love the little shops and the hotel at the end where I usually have mussels and fries, it somehow feels like you are at the edge of the world when you out at the Atlantic Ocean.❤️❤️

I might try those ear buds. I have some Bose C shape buds which clip over the side of ear but these pinch one ear! I cannot wear normal buds as they are too big to fit in my dainty ears! These look like they might fit smaller ears
