Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts!! 💖 I'm happy you like my rose drawing, and it's great to hear you'd love to see more colored pencil videos! 😃
I like the black background, I wouldn’t have thought of doing that! I would love to see more colored pencil videos/courses. Thanks for all those tips, especially the parchment paper. Also, I love the blank prismacolor chart, it’s much nicer than the one I made for myself.
Glad you like the black background! Thank you for letting me know. 😃 I'm excited to hear that you would love to see more colored pencil videos and courses! 🌟 So glad that my blank Prismacolor chart is useful to you! 🎨💖
It would be helpful to watch you use colored pencil when you do not have a visual to look at or a picture that does not have gray scale to it. I hope that makes sense.
Thanks for your comment! 😃 It sounds like you're interested in learning to use colored pencils without a reference image (just drawing from your imagination)? I can try to create some videos on that. I appreciate the suggestion! 🎨
I would love more colored pencil videos 💕 And if you‘re contemplating a course similar to your alcohol marker course, I would gladly buy that too (even if I’m using Polychromos and they behave differently than the Prismacolors…but the Polychromos are way cheaper here than Prismacolors…) Love your alcohol marker course.
Thanks so much for your comment! 💖 It's great to hear that you'd love more colored pencil videos, and that you're interested in a course, too! 😍 I definitely want to create a colored pencil course in 2024. I'm so happy that you're enjoying my alcohol marker course! 🥰 It's interesting that Polychromos are cheaper where you live, because here they are twice the price of Prismacolor. I do have a set of Polychromos so I will create some videos using them, too! 😃
@@thaneeya That would be great 💕 And about the price: Prismacolor, 150 pencil set: 250€ and Polychromos, 120 pencil set: 175€ and I can get the Polychromos open stock (and that‘s the only open high quality pencils I found with open stock). But now it makes sense to me why these are used so often, even if breakage seems to be a problem…if they are that much cheaper.
Yes I think you're right, the cheaper price probably explains why Prismacolors are so popular in the US, despite the breakage! 😁 I had no idea that they were more expensive in Europe. It's very interesting, thank you for sharing! 😃
Thank you so much for your lovely comment! 💖 That really means a lot to me. Wishing you a lot of fun and fulfillment on your creative + artistic journey! 😃🎨
Black does make the colors pop. Love it. I use to use oil paints many years go. I had a rainbow pic in mind that i was painting. But had to give it up due to personal reasons. I started using Caron D'ache pencils. Love them. So im trying to learn how to layer with pencil. Im too frightened to start this rainbow rose i attempted so many years ago. But thanks to your tutorial i dont seem that worried any more. Thanks
Thanks for your comment! 😃 I'm so glad my rainbow rose tutorial was helpful to you. Definitely give it a try! It can be scary to try new techniques and tackle new artworks, but it can also be exhilarating as well. 🤩 Either way it's always a learning process, so it's a net positive! Happy Art-Making! 🎨🌟
Thank you so much for your comment and your enthusiasm! 🌟💖🌟 I can't wait to create more colored pencil videos and I'm happy to hear that you want more! 😃
