What's so irritating is that NONE of us are saying 4x7 is one of the best. Cause it's not. It should have been but they stomped on all of our hearts with that stupid sire bond bullcrap. I definitely think that the scene where Damon is "dying" at the end of season 5 should be on the list. that scene makes me cry everytime because of the "I wish I could baby" and "you are the best thing to have happened to me ...."
she have never been so close to him like that before and besides she wasn't looking cuz she had stefan all around her but in that scene she kept eye contact with during the entire time and he stepped in and didn't let her alone i think this is the first time she thought he is not completely evil

I think she meant she started liking him from that point, she always knew he was handsome but didn't like him bc of all the things he did, in the dance she realised she like him, she saw there was good in Damon
for me, Delena is the couple with most chemistry ever on TV. like really, how they built up the friendship, the relationship, all the tension and the small moments... it kept me on edge at every single episode. that's why it's soo good. it's like Damon said when they first met, it's consuming and that's what we like to watch!! 💕💕 miss them and the show

As much as I liked the relationship between Elena and Stefan I find that her chemistry and her relationship with Damon was more geniunine I feel like she loved him more and I liked that Damon didn't try so hard or pushed her to change I feel that was Stefans problem he was so obsessed with saving her that he pushed her away all that Elena wanted was to feel accepted and move on this is why Damon was the right one for her
Delena literally invented true love , their chemistry was more than special theyre an UNFORGETTABLE SHIP which will last forever like Jack&Rose from Titanic , ppl will forever talk about them , i love them with my entire heart

That scene plus Elena saying goodbye to his hallucination(when she was taking magical drugs to see Damon). Those two scenes a a lot alike, because they put their hearts out but neither Elena nor Damon can hear those speeches 😭😭
Massively disappointed that the scene where he takes her to the frat party (to learn how to feed) and they’re dancing is not on this list. That scene is absolutely iconic.

Number 1 in my opinion should have been when Damon told Elena that he wanted to take the cure in order to live a human life with her and to be her husband, and the father of her kids. That scene legit made me cry 😭

Besides the fact that this is one of your best lists you forgot to mention the most important moment: when Elena becomes a vampire she remembers everything Damon related for the very first time! That moment was so emotional
Good list, but I can't believe that the last scene in 3x02 wasn't included when Damon pushes Elena into admitting she cares about him. She says, "Yes, why do you even have to hear me say it?" Then Damon says, "Because when I drag my brother back from the edge and deliver him back to you, I want you to remember the things you felt while he was gone. Goodnight, Elena" Yeow.

Love all these moments. But an underrated moment is in the first episode of season 8 where Damon remembers Elena and how she's the only thing keeping him from losing his humanity.
Tbh for me all the scenes in which they are together is the best because even if they're just arguing or fighting or whatever it's as good as the romantic scenes idk why I feel that! Their chemistry just takes over everything it's damn good! Best TV couple ever period

The scene when Elena chooses Damon always gets me. I screamed at my computer screen in happiness. Until Season 5 (AKA Katherine) came along and ruined it. The song choice was beautiful for the Elena/Damon scene though! Nina looks so beautiful Season 4-5-6. I love her hair.
