Hi Marion, Im in the path but I did a free consult with AuraNavigate and they are not an agency but a direct hire option, so far they did a free consultation and I will use their APP and they will do hourly consulting when I need it should I go this route or hire an attorney?

There is no nursing shortage. Just nurses leaving abusive patient ratios and low pay for the cost of living. Going overseas is a financial strategy. Offering even less to international nurses. RN here.

That's true. There are so many factors that's has lead to shun towards the profession. The international nursing process itself is complex, and definitely there are so many areas that need improvement from the recruiters and recruits!!.

@lindambalz5162 I do research to present this info here, and I do my due diligence to ensure that an agency is registered and indeed legally exists! There are over 50 international recruiting agencies as this is not a new process, its been here gor agaes. I didn't do research on all of it 50+ agencies. I made a video on what to look for when getting in bed with an agency!.
