We have a joke in a discord server I’m in. when that commercial comes on and the kid says “like you do sometimes grandpa”, we all write “listen here you little shit”
"This car is - is anything but - but bae. This is, this is not bae ... this is nay Nay I say to this car" ... quote of the year right there, I was laughing so hard
Didn’t realize the orange was Halloween, I was wondering why they randomly smacked orange on the number after the entire season of having a white number
Hendrick Chase9 Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet Help me
My reactions to your reactions: 10: Highly disagree, Kurt Busch’s Star Nursery paint scheme was one of the best this year. 9: You do realize that the orange numbers were only for October, right? 8: BY GOD, I HATED THIS ONE. 7: I don’t really know how I feel about this one, tbh. 6: Also on the fence about this one. 5: Disagree, paint scheme was simple and elegant, and it was nice to see Suarez run something different. 4: Really? Those are literally Symbicort’s colors, Eric, don’t hate on it just because you don’t like the colors. 3: Didn’t really pay attention to this paint scheme out on track. 2.) I didn’t even notice this car, it was at the back of the field the entire time. 🔥 1. YOU WOT M8?
10:00, you're right, Eric, if I remember correctly, you referenced the Symbicort commercial in the finding NASCAR sponsors video, you said "WHEN YOU HAVE COPD IT CAN BE HARD TO BREATHE"
Its definitely a little nitpicky, but when these are all designed by proffesionals probably following a proven formula i guess thats all yiu can do. Gotta agree with the Austin dillion one though, colors fading into each other never look good on a race car.
Am i the only one who thinks it’s so weird that the kid from the symbicort commercial just straight up calls his grandfather out for having COPD Like wow
The millennium car was a bet between Harvick and Busch which was if Harvick didn’t win the 2018 Championship he would have to drive that car in a race.
3 things I disagree with here: - The Llumar scheme is one that works very well. The slow change from the bright yellow to the dark red is a nice touch, and the balance between the white space and the color is perfect. The only thing that absolutely sucks is the blue number. Take that away and it could be one of the best schemes. - Joey Gase's Phoenix car is not 2nd worst. One of the worst due to the dull colors, but the theme of it and design are what make it a better pill to swallow. I can't see the problem with bricks personally, no matter what track you run this scheme at. - Finally, what is wrong with the Victory Junction car? I am very confused as to how that's in this video.
That Star Nursery Car is Dope. You’re trippen bro bro. Not only is it dope but then what it stands for makes it even better but it’s dope anyways. It’s a local Vegas sponsor that Kurt drove for @ the Las Vegas Bull Ring back in the late 90’s after the Original drive Chris Trickle (Nephew of Dick Trickle) was shot & killed while driving around like 10:30pm I think it was or maybe 9:30pm @ Blue Diamond Rd. & The I-15 back in 1997. Blue Diamond Rd. Is like 7min South of Mandalay Bay @ the south end of the Las Vegas Strip, so it’s just a few minutes south of the Welcome To Fabulous Las Vegas sign and just down the rd from that is a really nice area of Las Vegas, it was all custom homes on @ least an acre lot back then but even now it’s still mostly custom lots and a nicer part of the valley, that’s where Chris Trickle was shot in the head while driving, then was in a coma for a yr before he died. Kurt knows the family and took over driving his car and did very well as you’d imagine. So that car being on the LVMS Big track for the cup race is so Awesome. That car is BAD ASS and it was a beautiful sight to see out there on that 1.5 mile oval. Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful Car. Throwback It really did look Great in person. No BS. RiP Chris Trickle
The worst one of 2019 is The Shell 22. Penske has run the same exact shell scheme for over 10 years and 3 different drivers. It’s like the standard Penske scheme for low paying sponsors.
If you knew the story of Kurt's Star Nursery Scheme...it's a throwback to his 1999 southwest tour late model, so I thought it was pretty cool. And, for me, the worst scheme on the season was the brown and yellow Kyle Busch scheme. Looked like a moldy banana
Am I the only one who likes quite a bit of smaller team paint schemes? Well, no, not the all black paint schemes that a team like premium motorports uses. But, maybe it's because there is less sponsors which allows the paint scheme to me more visible/not as 'crowded', for a lack of better words.
I think one issue with NASCAR is that all these cars have no identity anymore, every race is a different scheme for each driver, and it makes it harder to get to know each driver by sponsor.
I couldn’t agree more with most of this list. Only exceptions are I really liked the Bowman car and the Harvick car (which was by no means meant to be taken seriously, hence why it’s ironically so bad).
Great video as always, but I gotta disagree with the Suarez car, brother. Very plain and classic. It has a Tim Richmond 1987 Folger's Monte Carlo vibe to it. And the robin's egg blue goes with the black tires and trim very nicely, like Wendell Scott's 1965 Galaxie.
The car that Kevin Harvick ran the millennial car was voted on by the fans I would think that you would know this seeing how you are basically a NASCAR commentator on RU-vid. I'm pretty sure that's why they had to run it I'm just yanking your leg about not knowing you do great videos keep up the good work.
11:22 the blues different toned too. The pic he tweeted looks so sick, but the actual thing is pretty ugly, haha I agree with you! And yo the bricks are awesome!!! That's dope haha!!
Kevin Harvick had to run that car. Busch came out the year before and said, "We are so confident in Kevin Harvick winning the championship that if he doesn't, we will put a millennial paint scheme on the car for a race the next year." The brighter numbers make better spotters. The numbers always contrast the surrounding colors. Some teams are better at making that look natural than others.
15:40 I understand where your coming from cause if it didn’t have Yeet it would be the worst paint scheme in history but since it has Yeet I love that car for the memes and the Larson car I love
I have a hunch that Busch Beer and SHR intentionally made the Millennial car look hideous. They knew it would stick out and get attention for its look.
That Harvick scheme in 2019 was really weird, I thought I was watching a segment with Jey Uso with that, He's the one that says it all the time and its super weird. But yes I am an Millenuial you can say.
