One mistake I need to correct: I said that the starship trait on the Atlantis, Temporal Tunneling, triggers off Attack Pattern Beta. That is incorrect, it triggers off the use of any Temporal boff ability or any boff ability that deal exotic damage. My bad, must've mixed it up with Heart of Sol.

The staying power of the Gagarin is what makes it my #1 ship in STO. Year after year, it makes the top ten of player lists.

These updated Zen Store reviews are a live saver. Been saving up the free T6 coupons for a while.

Two ships that you may have missed that should be here are the Europa battlecruiser and Ghemor Intel FDC. Europa has an awesome trait and great console for surviving stuff. If you pair the trait with a squishy ship, it's going to heal you and your allies once your ship gets below 50% hull strength. The console transfers half the damage your allies were to suffer from to you as radiation damage, while they receive increased hull regeneration, and you get substantially high damage resistance. Ghemor FDC has three good things: excellent frigates(that receive Subnucleonic Carrier Wave at Elite rarity), great trait and awesome console. Calm Before The Storm stacks Calm while you're in combat; when you reach ten stacks, you get Storm, which gives weapon haste and increased BOff CD reduction. The console spawns a mobile torpedo platform that follows you and shoots spreads of photon torpedoes at your enemies. Maybe not for everyone, but they certainly are worth considering for picking up.

Good quality video, I agree about the lamentation of the Ahwanee, Flight-Deck Carrier would've been a much better platform, even if it still had the same console load-out. Didn't realize the Chekov would only get set to the Honorable Mentions list, but, it be how it do. Also didn't realize that the Cyclone's Experimental Weapon was that good, so, guess I've things to think about come summer. Amazed at how many Terran ships were there, not necessarily surprising, but, 4/10 of them were, which proves those two bundles held some good value. All in all, thanks Stu, I've some ideas with how to go forwards with the event campaign later this year, looking forwards to the other two vids.

Since finishing the new Event Campaign, I'm now looking at what ships to get with that lovely loot... I did purchase the Lobi NX Refit for that console.

Great video. @Stu1701 between you and Nic_NB, I’m going to end up bankrupt. Dangling all these shiny ships in front of me. Thankfully, I have quite a few of them but seeing the benefits of the ships and the explanation behind why the trait/console/ship/weapon etc are good or bad does certainly help playing make a more informed choice, based on what they are wanting/expecting from a ship (unlike some players I know who go on a spending spree then ask ‘So what can I do with this ship or trait etc’. Most of the time, nothing useful) Loved the format of the video.

The Ahwahnee was the only one on the list I didn't already own - between the 3/3 weapons layout and the 1 tac console, I wasn't at all sure about it, but based on your recommendation, I figured I'd give it a try. Might be a bit tricky to figure out refining a build that works for me, but even if I can't get a build I'm happy with, at least I might get some pretty screenshots out of it.

The Lexington is the ship I normally use and I love it

Solid selection, only thing I might have added was the Buran

take the console from the hyborian(aka the dragonship from summer event last year) put it on the cyclone and load the cyclone up with the terran rep. disruptor + radiation damage dealers( maybe with the exception of the discovery rep double heavy disruptor beams). the experimental weapon from the cyclone deals psychic damage and the hyborian's console's grants a passive bonus to disruptor, radiation and psychic damage along with cold and electrical. though on that note using wide arc disrutor cannons might be a good idea to add too.... question. does the damage resistors consoles, are the ones that resist 40% of something better than the ones that resist 20% of all???

one thing i will say with the oberth ships their shields are quite powerful if your not facing borg very few ships will ever bring down your shields.

Whoa, look at Grissom with her HOT saucer on saucer action…and Hell, I’m usually fairly critical, but every one of these ships is sweet.

The temer alliance raider is a lot like the Eagle same weapon layout, and enhanced battle cloak. The turn rate is a little slower on the temer at 19 compared to the eagle’s 21 you can do very similar builds on each of them

Eternal is amazing. It has tons of temporal and science so you can science when you science.

i dont have the mealstorm torp, i instead use the shielded point defense torp, i use the escort pilot ship rn, with mask to get my bonuses but also it has that extra missile every few seconds, and i have a micro missile and mines in the back

You said the Lexington having Intel synergises well with MW. It only has Lieutenant-Commander seating.. I can see anything at that low level that is useful. What would you use? (I honestly just ignore Intel on it.)

I got the Bozeman with the recent t6 token they gave us.... I F'KN LOVE IT!!! When the even ends I'm getting the Enterprise G with my premium token...... The other coupons will be the Lexington and.... Maybe the Terran Voyager... Haven't decided yet, lol

My Wife ust bought the Ahwahnee for the pets, Could use torpedoes on it and focus on the pets if she uses the ship itself...

The console from the eagle does not give a shared torpedo cooldown on any ship that isn't a full pilot. The number it gives for non-pilot ships is the default shared torp cooldown of 1.5 seconds. So it literally does nothing. You should still use the terran console on every other torp boat.

Ide like to do another Pet build and I know you recently made a carrier build on one of the new ships. I dont have the jarok though and thats a pretty nice console i'm missing.

I prrfer personally Terran Monitor Miracle worker Carrier Advanced Light Cruiser Dreadnought Cruiser(terran Galaxy X) I know they are not the best but I like them none the less. Not a fan of any of the ships on the list outside of the Miranda and Oberth ones.

All of these ships look like crap. They probably work for the game and the way it's designed, but I look at these ships and I simply do NOT see Star Trek. These ships look as if they can be in ANY sci-fi franchise.

So…where are these ships? The Checkov, Atlantic and Ahwahnee do not appear on xBox as of today 3/12/24. How can I get these ships if they aren’t visible?
