Good list! N64 lists get predictable because, let's face it, this is one of those handful of systems where the 1st Party lineup pretty much dominates the rest of the library, but I still never tire of being reminded about games like F-Zero X (my personal favorite), Star Fox 64, Goldeneye, etc., etc. I mainly only played Goldeneye in multiplayer back in the day, but revisited it recently to give an honest go at the single player, and I agree, it holds up great. I'm really enjoying that. I never could get into Jet Force Gemini but I'll have to go back and try again sometime.
To unlock the "Falcon cutaway" title screen you need to complete all cups (Joker included) on all difficulty levels. Wish I could say it was my handiwork, but whoever owned my cart previously has the honors :)
