Re-upload of an old video that many people seemed to like. But now with my old terrible narration being replaced with Eli Harris silky smooth voice over iameliharris.com/ . Hope all you Lomachenko fans enjoy this one.
@@RainyDayBoxing Yes brother I have stopped boxing the last 3 years and I wasn't watching much, only some fights. However I see that your work has paid off and your channel is doing really great! Congratulations! I hope you are doing good and being healthy in these difficult times.
Oh that's a shame, my passion for training has also lessened over the last few years. I used to enjoy reading your comments, I could tell you had a love for the history of boxing. Glad to know your still alive, be well!
That's literally why western white people established MMA organizations because blacks latinos and asians dominating the sport and they can't win using only two hands so the only way to win the fight is to use your whole body
That 1 loss was not an actual loss. Its so obvious. that brazillian was favored by the referee . Loma knocked the opponent down but the referee didnt count all of it.
@@shawndejesus796 The loss you’re thinking of was eventually overturned by the commission holding the tournament because of how obvious the screw job they were trying to pull on him was.
The fact that Loma had to move up in weight just to get people to fight him and then used that to be the fastest ever to get 3 world championships in 3 different weight classes is crazy. What a legend, hope he returns to boxing soon.
Lomachenko is the most talented boxer who came out from Ukraine, no doubt about that. But with all due respect to him and even the Klitschko brothers, he is NOT the greatest Ukrainian boxer of all time. It's LOUIS KID KAPLAN who retired with a record of 121-22-16 with 27 KO's. Kaplan didn't enjoyed the achievements that his predecessors has but HIS RESUME IS A PROOF OF HIS GREATNESS. A short live World Featherweight Champion he had beaten elites like Babe Herman, Johnny Jadick, Billy Wallace, Joe Glick and Maurice Holtzer. He also had a very impressive record of 4 wins and 2 losses against Hall of Famers. He beat legends Billy Petrolle, Jackie Fields, Christopher Battalino, and Sammy Mandell and losses with Jimmy McLarnin and Cocoa Kid. Among Lomachenko's competition, the only one who had a (very little) chance of making it into the Hall is Orlando Salido who actually beat Lomachenko. While Kaplan beat 4 individual Hall of Famers.
@@devandickey9095 Only 22 losses in 159 fights and still terrible? And he had an impressive 4-2 resume against Hall of Famers. Even Juan Manuel Marquez only had 2-3-1 record against Hall of Famers.
@@trippgio9981 In terms of skills and talent, yes, but resume wise I don't think so. Give me one opponent of Lomachenko who you think can be Hall of Famer?
He fought nobody he’s 16-2 and 30 something years old he loss to a journey man you guys are going off his amateur career how is he on the p4p list and he has no belts but Haney who has all the belts in loma division Is not on the list make it make sense?
@@Blueboy1970 what do you mean he has fought more champs than hanney has, their resume are no where near close to compare and unlike hanney he beat a champ to become a champ. 2x gold medalist amateur record of 396-1 became a world in his 3rd pro fight fastest boxer to became a 3x division champ also has beat 10 world champs has made world champs & top Contenders quit no mas chenko. Hanney resume is no where near compare let’s be real if the war didn’t happen loma would be UDC. We all know kambosos is a Cinderella boxer.
That crap didn’t matter to Salido. Salido still beat that ass and BitchLachenko hasn’t been matched up with another Salido style type of fighter FACTS. You don’t need to wonder why, you already know.
You can lose a fight and still be the greatest ever. Off days exist. Cherry picking fights exist too. Too many fighters pad their stats. Loma is a true champion
Facts, and Loma had to move up in weight just to get people to fight him, boxers are so scared to fight competition cause they don’t wanna lose their 0
Skill, in boxing refers to the fundamentals.......and although Loma is very good at hitting and not being hit, he doesn't do it textbook, but rather unconventionally with supreme foot movement and hand speed......it's freshened up the sport in my view and made boxing focus more on offensive foot movement which has periodically been neglected in the sport in exchange for defensive foot movement and hand speed/power. He's also popularized the seige tactics of pulling down someone's guard to expose a target.
@@bookaloo02 look at the big picture. Your record doesn’t show your whole story. It is only a part of it. It is one measurement. you can’t base everything on a fight record. That’s too easy. It is what simple minds do
@@saltyzu8412 what other measurement is there then? Your record is the demonstration of your claim to be the GOAT. Yes, records don't tell the whole story in some cases... but a 14-2 one does.. especially with 400 amateur fights and 1 lost... He has been exposed in the professional arena.
Without a doubt the total package. He excels at every facet in the sport. And no showboating and shows respect. A total class act. The judges and referee tried thier hardest to rob him of that fight with the Brazilian.

With his lightning fast reflexes and movement, Vasily is not really noted as a power puncher like some fighters, until you see him drop larger, numerous opponents (he's s featherweight fighting as a lightweight) with body punches....!! The guy's on a whole different plane as a fighter.
When boxer like Loma breaks his opponent down mentally there is no need for a power to knock them out, mental absence make the fighter reconsider his life goals right inside the twelve round fight. That I am not saying that Loma lacks power, he has got power but he mostly uses average power, with high volume punch output and a loooot of movements. All these combined makes him the most complete boxer at least in his era if not of all time. The only thing others have but he doesn't is that he doesn't come from western society and he doesn't have much interest in making ton of money and pay them judges, referees, that's why western media, boxing organizations disregard, rob him continously
I really didn't got an episode with Robson Conciencao so decided to look info about his "win". So i found explains: "In 2011, during the AIBA World Boxing Championship, he lost a fight to Brazil's Robson Conceição. Robson won by 20-19. The Ukrainian Boxing Federation complained about a point deduction suffered by Lomachenko for a low-blow, and also suggested that the Brazilian boxer had committed a fault in the final round for clinching in excess. The day after, an AIBA jury accepted the protest, overturning the result and giving Lomachenko the win."
So you’ve never seen a boxer use hand speed and footwork to set up punches before ? He’s good boxer but a great boxer will exploit his tendencies and they are very blatant. Ok boxer
He is so skilled and confident in his supremacy and control, he is probably one of the safest people you could fight. Many times he pauses to check if the opponent is okay, because he knows he can afford the pause and still win.
The hand-speed and combinations of pac-man with the footwork and head-movement of Tyson with fantastic ring iq aswell. Deadly mix of fantastic traits, gorgeous boxer he is.
im just here to see how many snakes turn on loma say what you want he may have lost to teo but the man will still go down as a HOF that footwork is unreal.
most or all of his losses he got shafted.... and imo Teo drew at best but maybe he won but if he did get a genuine win its because loma kinda let him by being less aggressive but regardless loma was somewhat red on the body and face while teo was bleeding in the head
It’s the four match wins that quit that is absolutely stunning. “That Does Not Happen”…E.V.E.R! The guys a dream to watch, seriously,if you could ever dream of a fighter or program one in a game..he’s it!
I have seen this video everyday before training, and it’s just a masterpiece. The clips, the music, the editing and obviously Loma. Why this video doesn’t have millions of views, we never know...
I just realized some thing! Vassily can gauge the reach of his opponets and when he exits the pockets instead of cutting angles/ moves into in-fighting, he moves at almost the exact distance of his oppenets reach. Making his opponents tend to think they just bearly missed, but no - that shit is part of his plan- its intentional! Genius
I appreciate the gentle narration, lack of unneeded words, and the soft background considering the topic is high octane. I got exactly what I was searching for. Awesome job! Thank you!
Thank you for the upload Mr Rainy Day Ive been asking for a long long time....Please make one for my fav boxer - Kazakh Thunder Golovkin He also has a similar legendary amateur record of 350 amateur fights and an Olympic Silver
And ladies and gentlemen this shows, that knowing how to dance and really knowing the concept of dancing and learning, will help you a lot in foot work and Rythm in boxing Love Lomamcheko
This video is just humbling to know that Loma has been tested time and time and time again and his will and wit have been thoroughly prepared to believe he can overcome. You cannot stop the guy. "No Mas" is forever.
@@jesseja528 not whipped you can’t really say that, did he lose the fight fair and square? Yes but not dominated, he was playing defense when he let his hands go, teo didn’t know what to do
The way you've edited this and sprinkle in your beautiful narration is superb. Outstanding quality content, up there with BLTV and Motivedia in my mind.
Loma! Showed the renounced! Cuba boxing school! A boxing lesson! Amazing fighter! No wonder 🤔! No one wants to fight him! And those champions who do! Will also get a boxing lesson! From the master! I usually don't praise like that! Unbelievable talent!
First time I’ve really watched Loma and I have never seen something so beautiful (apart from that girl and my son😉) and inspiring. Now that is art and creativity rolled into one
