me as a backrow allrounder/libero (because my school only allrounders): guess who is gonna jump high than some spikers even tho i cant attack back row??
You only done strength training not explosive, try to alternate between volume and explosive training. Trust me it helps you a lot. Like maybe 20 squats, rest then do tucked in jump, and repeat.
For those who want to jump like hinata, yes it's possible, but have in mind that in the anime they explain that hinata had a lot of years of training, some years before his first highschool match and then 3 more years until he joined karasuno. It's possible to jump like him, you just need patience and hard work.
im so short so when my old volleyball team was doing spiking exercises i looked so sad!! and i had no jump like i literally couldn't jump high at ALL it was torture 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
@@AnimeLover-zt4ho the best position ever!!! I'm not nationally English so I can't really explain it in full purpose. I recommend to search it up, but they basically their main task is to make sure the ball doesn't hit the floor.
Exercise doesn’t determine gains, applications (choices, order, frequency, intensity, volume, rest, progression) do. Don’t get me wrong, exercise do matter when it comes to strength curves, muscle activation, type of contraction, easier to performe for certain goals but by simply put: do this exercise and you will jump higher won’t help. Consider also nutrition, sleep and how those effect your training results too.
I have a 26" untrained very which is higher than almost everyone in my team, watching this to hopefully improve. I'm a middle blocker and shorter than the other two middle blocker but have similar reach to them so this'll help
feels weird but you gotta come to a point and overcome it bro, for your own self. whoo caaaressss what they thinkk they arent gonna be playing in the games for you
