ATRs haved crashed due to icing. I would not travel on one. DHC8-400 much safer and better

ATR-72 is my favorite turboprop airliner. The Bombardier Q-400 is ugly!

It took them a long time to get the ULD version of the freighter in production, but we’re glad it’s here. If you’ve ever spent 45 minutes in winter rain bulk loading packages on a conveyor thru the door, you’d understand :) Helps the aircraft get turned around much faster, and helps protect the cargo from weather. Reduces payload a bit as ULD’s have their own rare weight, but it’s worth it.
