If u are a guy stop fapping! that drains you off your ⚡ energy and everything, nutrients your body especially your bones need! stop sex in general for a long time 4 months to 6 months, no semen ejaculation whatsoever must be done and thank me later
@@rebekahpowers1595 turns out it was work related knee pain and arthritis, the majority of the pain went away thank god but I still have this funny snapping when I stand after sitting a while and do a twisting motion
I'm suffering of severe knee pain. I stand almost all day n go up n down stairs cuz of my job. I've been doing your excercises n I've seen good results. Thk u guys.
I have just that problem with my right knee. It does not go all the way like my left knee. I have had severe pain, up to the point that I could not sleep. I love all your videos about the knees. Now I know how to avoid surgery. Thank you so much for making these great videos.
Thank you so much. Am OA bone on bone. Have put off a complete replacement for 10 yrs. Some of this I have been doing and some m going to add to the workout. Thank you
In addition to the beneficial exercises, you made some helpful points. It's great to know exactly what to do, what to watch for, and how often the exercises may be done. Of a certain age + original parts = "Is this going to stay that way?" The answer is don't stop moving. Thanks B&B for great info on safety and self-maintenance.
I am trying to postpone knee surgery. What do you guys think about unloading knee braces? Specifically medial since my pain is inward on the left knee. Thanks!
My kneecap, after a fall, is a different shape now, has a point/bump, unsure what has happened but it is not hurting. Will try these exercises. Thank you for this video. You two are amazing.
Hi not related to today's video. I got introduced to your channel by the treat dowager's hump with a sock. Not sure why I watched, but found your intro funny. That sock method helped me with a crazy painful knot in my upper back. Noticed pressing on the spot helped, but can't press while sleeping. Tried placing the sock beneath the area....slept for the first time in 4 days. You're brilliant. Second sock night not only gave me sleep but corrected the issue. Godlike abilities. Sent this video to a friend who's a hockey player facing the possibility of surgery. Appreciate your content. Snow angels on the wall really helps btw.
For all *practical* purposes - all heat is infrared heat unless it's so hot that it glows in the visible light spectrum but even then it is giving off a LOT of infrared. If you can feel it, it is infrared.
thanks bob, my knees is already aching. what exercise can i do most especially it hurts seriously when i am doing some of these exercises. my right knee is aching badly. please show me the exercise for this aching right knee.
any tips for over developed opposing leg muscles that pull the cap right down onto the joint, pretty much at all times? (picture a jockey riding a racehorse)please and thank you. At the time, 25 years ago, I was given 2 options - have both knees replaced or find another job.
Hello from India your videos are so useful thank you so much for giving us knowledge. I have knee pain only when I get down the stairs can u please suggest thank you🙏
Pls need some gerenal info if you pulled or tore a muscle and didnt know about it into someone point it out to you. Is it still possible to get it fixed.
I am a firm believer in physical therapy for knee pain. About 8 years ago I started having right knee pain which became chronic and got worse with time. I finally asked my doctor if physical therapy would help and he said yes. So I went (they use the McKenzie method too) and it worked. Two year ago my other knee began to be a problem and again physical therapy saved the day. I could barely walk from the pain and now I am pain free. Both of my knee issues, imo, were due to medications. The first due to 5 years of statins which I discontinued; the 2nd due to a fluoroquinolone with a black box warning. Dr. Oz had a show a year or so ago reporting about recent research which indicated that people who do not have knee surgery fared as well or better than those who do. Dr. Oz himself had a knee issue and said in light of the research he would not be having knee surgery.
Hi Guys I like your show ! you mentioned a heat pad and a cold pack Question is When do i use these ? the cold for more severe swelling and pain ? Thanks andy
IF YOU CAN DO CURLS, EXTENTIONS, LEG PRESS. ARE THESE THE BEST EXERCISES FOR STABILIZING THE KNEE? IF YOU SUSPECTED YOU INJURED IT 10 DAYS AGO? I do high reps, low weight.
is the water exercise still on the table after Guideline for the management of knee and hip osteoarthritis says that land exercise is recommended over water?
Sorry this is off subject. Woke up 5 days ago with vertigo Dix Hallpike brought on severe vertigo on the right side but strangely no nystagmus. Epley and Foster maneuver helped and don’t get dizzy in Dix Hallpike anymore but now just off balance a little and still get vertigo when I look up. Any thoughts? Any other maneuvers to try?
About a year ago y’all posted a video about upper neck pain that can spread around into your forehead and behind the eyes. Which yesterday I woke up with pain behind my eyes that spread to these areas. I’ve been massaging, taking meds, and icing. However I was wonder what might’ve caused this over night and how long it will take until it goes away.
I wake up with moderate to severe headaches that come from lack of support of my cervical area, This causes the muscles to spasm and affect the occipital nerve. What I've found that helps is I sleep with a foam cervical collar. I'm anxious to hear if B&B have any advice.
I'm 78 had a hip replacement not a usual one was called a Charlie about 35 years ago it was wired up was born with congenital hip dislocation wasn't noticed until I was 3 had a frog plaster of Paris casing on not sure how long my problem was the socket wasn't formed so after many years of pain I had the replacement at age 46 done ,unfortunately I developed a pulmonary embolism but my pain was a lot better .My leg was always shorter and when I came round the surgeon said he had managed to make both legs the same length but when the physio measured my legs found out the short left leg which was the dislocated one was now longer than the right one😱 so you can imagine what that did to my spine sorry about the big story but feel I need to explain before I ask advice as exercises will be a bit difficult . Obviously. I need a new hip and the first thing he said I must tell you a few thing and the first sentence was you could die that gave me no confidence to go through with another replacement,my hip is near collapse but I'm managing .Now for the real question my right knee will not bend it has osteoarthritis I'm housebound (I never learned to drive) My only means to get out is in a taxi but can't get my knee to bend ,had to sit in a front seat and need to ask driver to get out to allow me to lie across the two seats to get my legs in .This became too embarrassing so I am more or less a prisoner if I could just get my knee to bend life would be wonderful I am considering surgery but would like to try exercise. I cannot bend down to pick anything up and use pick up sticks I also walk with an elbow crutch you are showing a piece of equipment that slides with your foot but I can't make out the name or where to buy .This might not be the right way to contact you I'm on RU-vid but hope you see this and can help . Thanks in anticipation. ⁷
Try "Bob & Brad Knee Glide" at their shop, or just "knee glide". I hope life gets better for you - I had the same hip dysplasia and frog treatment as you.
Thermotex website speaks of far infrared, not near infrared which is the more penetrating version that also stimulates mitochondria. I would not buy a far infrared heating device at a premium, because nothing special about far infrared.
Hi, I did ur three test to check disc pain . All r negative. But m still sometime pain in hip right side and pain goes down to leg and lower back pain. In ct scan no disc bulging and no degeneration so what will be causes? Plz help me. Is ct scan show the accurate result
Yes, non-weight-bearing exercise is best and makes a positive difference. But it is late March 2020, am in the midst of hunkering down for coronavirus quarantine and boo hoo, can't get to the Y to aqua jog just now. So I've started walking and guess what? Both knees and left hip (which is getting replaced at end of May 2020 due to osteoarthritis), are complaining.
very nice video mere papa ka hard work h to unke knew ma pain rehta tha bhot pareshan the vo ab unhone yoga start ki h or planet Ayurveda ka JOGRAJ GUGGLE medicine start kiya h ab unke pain ma relief h
I really like you guys but, sometimes your rather long winded. Perhaps you can put up the number of where to find out where we get to the (3) exercises or whatever. And, tell your office to quiet down.
