Please tell if seated reverse grip barbell tricep extension is a good exercise or not? Which head does it activate? We have this trainer in the gym who makes everyone do it. But I think it's not safe since you can easily lose the grip.

Cutting exercises don't make the triceps bigger... compound exercises for the triceps... like, tricep dip; tricep presses, that works the mid-range of a triceps!
