To avoid thyroid: 1st you need regular exercise - change eating habits ~ don't eat packet food at all. Consume raw ginger (small) every other day. & than follow this lady tips.

Mam mera pregnancy ka seventh month chal raha h aur mujhe thyroid bhi h, doctor ne delivery date last july ki di h, to kya mai ragi daily basis par aur maximum kitni quantity mein plus kis form mein consume kr sakti hu??? Jiss se mujhe aur baby ki health achhi ho aur koi nuksaan bhi naa ho. Aur mam kya mai chia seeds aur flax seeds bhi consume kr sakti hu, uski b details dijiye jaise kab khaaye, kitna khaaye aur kis form mein mein khaayein. Plzz btaaiyein

Cut out red meat and eat more veggies. Minimize the intake of carbohydrates and sugar. Exercise everyday for 30 minutes. Cardio is best. Drink more water. Do this for 60 days. You will see results.

I am a patient of hypothyroidism , along with that suffering from calcium nd vitamin d deficiency, facing bone nd teeth damage... So from last few days, I have added a cup of milk at night.. Should I quit that as u said....? Then what can be the substitute of milk to compensate that calcium problem. Plz mam help

You can drink milk. Just don’t take it at the same time you’re taking the meds. There should be a gap of at least 30-60 mins. Please don’t go by the videos here. Please consult your doctor.

This is very generic, there are different types of thyroid related issues.. and not all can be fixed/altered with just diet change.. have your daily intake of healthy food+exercise+medicine.. and consult your doctor… they can give you Vitamin D supplements.. since sometime body is not able to absorb calcium from our diet due to lack of Vitamin D
