The best kill shot was in Iraq when a u.s. sniper laying on a water tank, shot through a cinder block wall from a 1/4 mile away and killed 3 terrorists hiding behind it with 1 shot using a anti tank round.
That was a stupid ear the war The end result is we got rid of Saddam and turned Iraq from being Iran's worst enemy, to being Iran's best friend. Is that success?
Beautiful footage. Love hunting but don't get to do much in Australia only on farms i work on. Wild boar and wild dogs mainly. Even the odd skippy for dog food.
That first bear is my main reason I’m against shooting game at “long distances”. The bear started to move and that could have easily ended up being a gut or hind leg shot. Animals can move a lot in 3/4 - 1 second of bullet flight. Good kill in the end but you got lucky.
So can someone answer my question. I want to get into hunting and deer season is like November and October and how are they hunting deer in like December and march and all these different times of year. Is there a way to hunt animals out of season.
Possible they are hunting in lotteries, I believe they are called. When DNR wants to take more of a population, hunters can sign up to get picked to hunt forest preserves or other locations, usually places that don't normally allow hunting and it's out of regular season. Just have to check the state DNR hunting info.
All depends on where you are trying to hunt. My California hunt is August -October. New Mexico was October - November. My dad's Colorado hunt was late November once.
El rey de las bestias y su sonrisa luego del increible esfuerzo de halar un gatillo de la ingenieria d ela muerte a mansalva y bien lejos para evitar justicia.....gran sonrisa para el trabajo del rifle
"absolutely hammered that bear" ??? sound like my teenage nephew and his friends gathered around the X-Box console playing "Grand Theft Auto" or "Mortal Combat". Hopefully at least they are utilizing for their family's food every part of these animals from nose to tail.
RU-vid video of a bear hunt that had the bear walking straight towards the hunter. The bear dropped its head and the hunter placed a round right between its shoulder blades. The bear droped immediately and never moved again !
I second this. Setting aside the shooting capabilities, I don’t really understand killing a bear unless it poses a threat to human life directly and imminently.
I had to stop and do math when I saw 714 yards. This is amazing. I never experienced this, and I'm now mad at my dad. This is what they took from us. It only takes one generation for this stuff to die out. Respect.
My dad hunted as a kid--rabbits, birds, and other small game. But didn't like deer meat. After Vietnam he refused to hunt all. I loved shooting but never had an opportunity to shoot a deer until I was 29. I shoot only does and spikes (culls). Now that I own my own ranch, I just not mad at the deer anymore--although I still hunt for meat. Don't be mad at your dad, something in his past may have changed his mind.
I am starting to get into hunting but strictly for food. The one thing that has turned me off to hunting in the past is that i dont understand the laughter and giggling of the hunters like in this video. If you hunt for a while do you lose the sense that you just took a life? Like the one shot they shoot a buck, and it struggles a bit before it dies and you can hear the men who shot it laughing. I guess my question is that after hunting a long time do you start to not be bothered or care that you just took a life. I feel that if i start hunting its going to be a somber moment when I get a deer. Like i am happy that it will provide food but I also had to end its life in order to eat. I really dont understand the laughter of watching the animal struggle? Can any seasoned hunters explain?
The bigger calibers like 7mm Mag are not knocking the target down as fast. The 6.5 and 7 mm PRC seem to be doing a much better job even at distance. Just an observation.
@@jozefhorvat3625 Actually by case volume the 7 Mag is larger but because of the high angle of the shoulder the bullet takes up more case volume. The rebated shoulder of the 7 PRC provide greater fill volume sans projectile protrusion into the case. Because you haven’t done the research the rest of us have done it just makes you look stupid. 😂
Maybe I am a purist but any range over 300 yards is not hunting, it's sniping. If a person can't stalk within 300 yards or less then he or she is not a hunter. One possible exception is mountain goats or sheep. Other wise learn to stalk or stay home.
We humans are actually the most dangerous animals.God must be repenting after creating humans. What is the point in killing Bears , that too Grizzlies, you aren’t eating them. Killing just for fun, so disgusting. They are so innocent.
If you stalk an animal harvest it at 1000 yards or 10 yards it's still hunting I myself would prefer to shoot a deadly animal at a distance rather than being close enough to rub it on the head,if I want a thrill I'd try skydiving
Imagine your an animal going bout your day trying to look for food, than a random piece of metal pierces your skin no time to think or anything just death.
You haven't killed a bear until your gun barrel is touching his head when you shoot...not taking anything from these guys but shooting a animal past 300 yards isnt hunting its only shooting...the whole thing about hunting is to get as close as possible before taking the shot and not from another zip code
Buddy mankind has killed animals since before you were just a dirty thought in your dads brain. Calm down. And it’s crazy that you’re here complaining when you literally had to click on this video specifically about hunting. Crazy how people like this exist
Your getting it wrong again dumbass mosy sport competitons dont just kill for sport. Most of the time they are for conservation/hunting purposes and most kills are donated to those who need it. If you had actually done these or had been there you would have known better than to post something this stupid and contradicting. Gey off youtube and experience hunting yourself idiot.
I can't believe that there is a community of people on earth forget thrill from shooting the unsuspecting animal. that to from such a distance that there is no risk for their safety. there is literally no risk that just sitting there lying down. there is no danger involved here. this is not hunting this is just cowardice. hunting was something else where the animal was charged at you and you would almost die getting that hunt.
Buddy you’re not that guy. We shoot animals from a distance because believe it or not. TECHNOLOGY EVOLVES. And we have GUNS now. And it’s a lot SAFER and EASIER to hit your target. Thank god you’re just a joe cuz I’d hate to see you run a country
