Wow... My core & belly are what I really need to work on. However, I am working on my whole body. I can definitely feel the burn in my abbs right now. You really know what you are doing. I am so grateful for all the help. Thank you so much.

I will be 50 next month; I have a split core and was told to just deal with it, it happens, and there is nothing I can do to change this. I have tried so many things over 20 years since my last child was born, and nothing has worked so far. I like everything you have to say, and you bet I am doing this exercise as I have never wanted to give up on myself in the pursuit to feel better in my body. Thank you for putting yourself out here like this, I am so glad I found you, and I am following you now. I had a full hysterectomy and was told it is my fault I gained 55lbs in two months. "MY FAULT," really! I have loved watching your videos and your story, this has been my journey for 14month now, and I have been so depressed. I have swelling, joints hurt, my back is a mess, and my wonderful stomach also displays a slit core. I look in the mirror and do not even know who I am anymore. All this has not been without trying, only to be told eat healthier, I eat any healthier I might as well start eating tree bark lol You have taken all the knowledge of "healthy" food and showing how to put in the right combination to make it more effective and the right amount of exercise instead of what I have been told by my own dr, eat 1200 calories and exercise 1 hour every day. You are nailing this; I am doing this. I am taking a picture today, and I will message back next Sunday and let you know; I am hopeful for the first time in 14 months! Thank you, Michele

Really great Mere. So glad to find you FINALLY. Anything for the nutty fat right in the middle after menopause would be great. I'm strong after losing 45 lbs but too much cardio kills me for the day. Would love the help. THANKS!

Love this ab workout....I do however have a fallen stomach as one Dr put it 25 yrs ago....it's a tough one to tone, but I'm hoping this will make a change, I'm certainly feeling it already & plan to keep it up daily...just joined today...thank-you!

Hi Mere, I just subscribed! I started exercising last November, then lost motivation cuz i'm just not seeing any results..i don't expect overnight progress, just wanted to see some type of change..i also struggle with body image cuz i want to gain weight, not lose..my stomach is bigger than i'd like cuz thts where everything goes, unfortunately!! I will try these daily, or every other day, and see how it works out. Excellent demonstrations also! So thanks!!

I love your videos, just lost 30 lbs, I have very weak shoulders due to years in nursing. Your full body workout for beginners over 50 is amazing. I found this videos and am going to add it with the other one I saved. I have done an ab workout with one of your videos before but gave up. However I'm back on track and I'm going to do this! 😊

I had an unfortunate accident about 15yrs ago, where Drs are amazed I walked away. But years later, (I am 61 now) i cant even get up off floor on my own, no muscle mass left in legs, but, am definitely going to try n do what i can to lose this extra belly fat. Thank you! P.S. Have been faithful on treadmill everyday, but no results. I'm tired of feeling crappy everyday. I hope this works!!

Meridith, I have had all my joints replaced knees, hips, shoulders and spine. Physio exercises made me obsessed with exercise after all this. Recently I have become slack weighing 65kgs. I am now hooked on you so shall be doing these every day Many thanks Bettina

I am adding this to my daily morning workout. My core is my main weakness ... I can totally relate to what happens to abdominal muscles during pregnancy. I had 5 pregnancies! I think a workout for new moms/veteran moms to help close up that abdominal gap would be a great addition to your video list. Thanks again for everything you share!!

thanks for this Mere. Ideal. doing them daily. Birth of my son split my core 40 years ago. Is it too late to repair that damage. Never knew you could do anything about it.
