I am 70 year old woman and I weight train regularly. I climbed the Tirupathi steps last month quite comfortably.

1. 3-5 reps of 30/45/60 sec planks (15 sec long break) 2. 10 min of deep squats 3. Lunges for balance n stability to train glutes 4. Quick cardio burpees 5. Walk-walk is also best for fat loss

I am 75, l live in U.K. I started a gym six months ago that specialises in training 40+ for strength, resistance and cardio, with a personal trainer every session. I feel fitter and flexible. I am starting boxercise from next week.

Great video. Easy burpee: Stand as per surya namaskar-deep squat- fwd bend- step back into plank- walk hands to to your legs into mountain pise- fwd bend - squat-stand straight. Repeat facing ithersude. 👍

Indian style toilet are more helpful.Now because of comode toilets it has become difficult to sit on the floor or squat .😊 Because of many electrical gadgets life has become comfortable but it is harming our physical wellness.Thanks.
