1-blood test complete vitamin & mineral level. If possible hormone test 2- eat 3 fruits daily 3-reduce grain intake 4-choose organic 5- stop wearing cosmetics - toxic chemicals 6-avoid scented candles etc 7-choose cotton or linen fabrics 8-drink good quality water 2 liters daily 9-get a wearable exercise ring. Aim for 12k steps daily 10-for the men as well check breast health
I lost my body health so much in young age. But when I reverse my biological clock..3 years back.. I got in shape n better skin, feel lighter n more active..I got cancer. So it's not short period but long term period . Once gone, to reverse it again isn't that easy. U can eat 10 servings of fruits vege, grains n vitamins n etc yet u triggered your cancer cells..it's tough yeah. So eat properly from youth n don't wait to 50s to be fit . Start from young. Even though I was very active at youth n at work but my food was outside food..so pls avoid all the outside food. N eat more vege that's free from pesticides n eat food that grows from soil. U grow it if u can. ❤
