HI, thank you for sharing.. it really helpful, I had so much pain in my wrist within three days doing once a day I feel much relief. I feel more the pain on my wrist that is pushing than the fisted hand.

I really enjoy the isometric exercises in your videos. In just moments I can feel how they will be helpful for me. I have a question-observation about this one. When you initially demonstrate this one you appear to be moving from the elbow and not at the wrist. I tried it both ways and both seemed like good exercises but clearly different. Should I be moving from the elbow as you demonstrate even though these are for the wrist? And any problem with me doing them each way? Thanks

I love watching your videos you have helped me with my wrist fracture, it’s the second time me breaking my left wrist but in a different place, I exercise a lot go physio one day a week but I feel it’s not enough, my fingers sometimes get stiff and swollen my wrist is still swollen also stiffness too and my wrist can’t rotate probably and it’s been nearly 2 months. Wat can you suggest I do? Thanks for sharing your tips. Keep up the good work.

thank you, these look great for me. I'm suffering from atrophy after carpal syndrome. felt these all the way to the shoulder, for sure! Is it ok to do lifting exercises, I've been using a couple of large bottles filled with water?

Thanks Michelle! I definitely felt this one! The up motion I felt more!. After watching and doing a few other of your wrist videos, it’s time to soak the wrist. I’ve been soaking in warm Epson salt tubs. Do you like warm or cold soakings

I prefer warm but either can be used after an exercise. Use what works best for you!

In the first exercise are you trying to rotate your wrist upward (so the wrist is doing the workout) to do the resistance of the other hand pushing? Or is it just that the wrist stays straight and you kind of resist the other hand pushing with your whole arm?

Unfortunately, you can’t improve clinodactyly with exercise. If it’s affecting your ability to grip or perform in-hand manipulation, you could consult a hand surgeon to see if correcting the deformity is an option for you.
