That one got my subscription. Just added in 100 swings per day as part of this 6 week training block - this routine will definitely go into my next block
@@dialedhealth 4 x 25. After my riding session. Following a 12 week all purpose program on Wahoo SYSTM. Just finished the first 6 week block with their half Monty ramp test. Adding the kettle bells to build some more muscular endurance.
Awesome 👌 I'm gonna try this asap. been meaning to use my kettle bells for a while. I'm recovered from broken shin and Forearm and wanted challenging exercises to get stronger on bike. Thanks for these, big time.
Great video started following hearing them talk about you often on the trainer road podcast. started riding at the beginning of the pandemic. Found trainer road and started training and was able to drop 50lbs. As an older athlete, 55, I should add some weight training into my fitness routine.
