Roof Maxx is not a good deal. If you got 10 more years for 30% cost of replacing then it's a fair deal. But i cant believe it's even sound business model. Like who are they targeting? People who need to refresh their roof cheap before they sell? Even with disclosures laws when you sell a home you have to disclose when it was last replaced. If it's 25 year old 30 year roof with this spray, maybe the customer who this is worth pitching the product to. I almost bought into the franchise but until the cost to customer goes down to not only equal the value, but become a deal like it's only 15% the replacement cost for 5 more years then it's worth not being basically being a scam to a new home buyer.
Please give a Cost Effectiveness of the Rejuvenation Products like RoofMaxx for a 15 yr old roof. "A 30% advantage with just 5 year longevity of the roof" is just confusing. For me, your accent is fine; I could easily understand what you say!! Thanks.
Roof Rejuvenation has been around since the early 2000s. Rejuvenation has been in the asphalt road industry since the 80s. At this point, there is a good body of real world and scientific testing behind the five-year statement. Remember to that a roof is gradually losing pliability starting shortly after the initial application. Likely in year 5 you would need to reapply.
