0:59 wasn’t simple looking! I think his 1st dunk in the finals of the 1987 contest was more simple-tacular 1:51 And Terrence Stansbury’s Statue Of Liberty 360 on the list?! PLEASE! Some of the dunks that SHOULD’VE been on here, in my opinion, are: 1. Larry Nance’s “plain” dunk in the finals of the 1984 contest. It was a straight-on dunk but his head was at rim level. 2. Otis Smith’s off-the-glass dunk in the ‘88 contest. Like the Steve Francis dunk, Smith had a bad catch but was still able to ram it in. It even brought the pro-Jordan Chicago crowd out of their seats. 3. Dwight Howard’s dunk in the 2005 contest, where he caught a lob pass, placed a sticker near the top of the backboard & slammed the ball through.
These dunks are deceptively simple. Don’t let the effortlessness mislead you. The 2002 Dunk Contest featured a wheel where contemporary dunkers had to recreate iconic dunks from the past, but no one came close to properly emulating any of these classic dunks.
Jesus Christ is coming soon. The signs prophesied in the Bible are coming true. Become a born again Christian in the spirit, repent of all your sins and follow Christ. Trust in the Lord and he will help. Please, your soul is on the line.
Definitely!! These are not easy dunks. I called them simple because they weren't fancy and didn't have a lot of theatrics, but they were still spectacular.
