Well I had a and did not show Beastmaster Teimos location in the video, So here it is if you need it. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vf8d46tOzOc.html
I only play on the Isle of Siptah and was wondering what thralls would be the best on that map? Lately I have been just going for the Accursed berserkers with the fact they are a lot easier to find and they work good with my Pictish archer and dagger character. The only down side to them is that I have never seen a Accursed Berserker that is a archer. Only a fighter with a two handed sword. I'm trying to find a good Cimmerian or Accursed archer thrall to follow me around the map.
@@KonFess Firespark81 did a video called Best Solo Follower For Conan Exiles The Isle Of Siptah. It's on Bearer Thralls. I only use T3 Cimmerian & Accursed Bearer Thralls and they are compleat beasts at killing things while carrying all your supplies. They can kill 5 rocknoses all at the same time with just the new claw weapons at level 4.
My top three have specific abilities/purposes. Teimos is a tank, Berserkers are damage dealers, and Dalinsia is my go to when planning for an insane boss battle.
Teimos gain 0,8 percent bonus from 1 str.Berserker and Dalinsia just 0,37.So Teimos with 25 str do same damage as cimmerians with 40 str.Difference-Teimos have 2x more hp .And if get archers perks is best archer too
@@truefx5633 Him too. Both Lian and Janos start out with thirty strength, compared to a Cimmerian Berserkers fifteen. It's hard for even Cimmerians to catch up to them.
@@truefx5633 The random stat increases, and also perks do make a difference from thrall to thrall. But I have wound up with a Lian who had two strength increase stats, and one vitality increase stat at level twenty. A real God Killer...until he vanished after an update, along with all his gear. Three pieces of Vanir Heavy Armor, Legacy of The Nordheimers helmet, Mammoth War Boots, and The Festering One as his weapon.
I built a black ice/starmetal processing base just northeast of the mounds of the dead because I consistently found metals there, and only after did I discover that I was right next to both the guaranteed Berserker spawn as well as Stargazer Crest for frequent Dalinsia (and infrequent Lianeele) spawns. After a while of playing, I now have a veritable army of Berserkers led by Dalinsia generals, and motivated by Lianeeles back at the base. This is the Way.
I take it then one can acquire multiples of the same named thrall? HAD honestly thought they were unique 'items' that only one existed of at a time, but then agian that was what I came to this video trying to learn.
Hit points are king when it comes to thrall stats. Outliving an enemy in the grind of combat has always seemed easier with a high hp rather than a high damage total. Teimos is the best thrall in the game for that for certain.
Yeah but discounting really bad rolls in health, rare, they all level up in vit pretty good. After say 5500, even 5k, it doesn't seem to matter. Obviously a whopper of 7k or more is better but grab a burger after a fight before rolling into the next one and all is fine. Personally I like em to hit like trucks and it's fun to have to manage the fight more and stay on top of their health. Super high health is auto pilot. Kinda boring. I stack strength: armor, weapon, gruel and delete them if their st growth % is 70 or under. That stuff really matches up. Whatever their %'s are, at lvl 20 it's pretty paralleled. As for accessibility. I saw 2 D's the 1st few trips to the mounds, couldn't swap out my thralls weapon in time, down she went. Went Months without seeing her again. Then some glitch must have happened and she kept respawning one after the other. Went from zero to having a full 4 man wheel filled. Female Beserkers are freakin rare too. So the hunt is fun. T and L are boring that way. Strength and a bevy of beauties is the way to go. Who wants a bunch of Lians lyin around? So, D's female B's and female RH's at my camp. Lian, Janos, Taimos and any male B's are stuck on guard duty, out of sight and around the corner.
@@Chad_Bane Watched a vid where a guy put up 100 teimos and leveled them to 20. He showed each ones stats. Pretty funny and interesting. Not many went that high. It was pretty rare. While yes 10k plus is stronger, we simply don't need it, at least in pve. At 5k the top dogs can solo or mostly solo all world bosses. Have a lvl 3 Cimmerian that took out the white tiger at lvl 10. Running with her because she's freakin hot and has something I've never seen before, 100% in vit. Kinda curious to see how that goes. So going to 20 with her. Another funny thing about all this leveling, we feel so bad to get bad perks that we park them. But they can still trounce any boss. So even though they still are walking machines of destruction we somehow feel cheated. Ahh, always shooting for the glory...
@@Bubbles99718 that must've been awhile ago. Almost every single teimos at our base has at least 10k HP. Alot of people don't know how to level thralls properly. Also, pvp is the complete opposite. A 5k health thrall will get deleted in 10 seconds by a player with good gear
For all the PVP Newbies: 1. Teimos: You can level up 3-4 teimos or 1 Dalinsia/Berserker at the same time. You may even win a war by attrition. Teimos is also pretty lethal with the Bow. 2. RHTS: Rehichunter can also be found in the undead city. RHTC is exspecially viable if your clan hunts for Thralls as a team; get 3-6 people and get all the RHTS in the Dungeon or the City and bring them home to fill the wheel in an instant. RHTs is also lethal with Bow. RHTS is the best for Mass production. 3. Dalinsia, Berserker, Vulcan Thralls. etc. 4.Greater Sabretooth. Extremly Powerfull Jump Attack. You need to fight on horseback to make good use of him. Pretty useless in most Raid though. 5. Lian; His low Health is a huge problem, but he is an 100% Spawn. Lian is a good starting Thrall if there is too much competition and fighting around Teimos and Berserker Spawn.
relic hunter treasure seeker archers belong on your list and every large team should have a few. ive seen good one's that even now days can kill in two or three bow shots. there damage multi is higher with ranged than berserkers melee.
@@Doberman290 that is all that matters with an archer, if u wanted to go that route than why even put berserker on the list its all it has going for it as well, but the archer has even a better mulit than berserker. you are over looking one of the best specialist and best archer period, even at lv 1 they hurt, there very good.
My Lian kills my Teimos in the 1v1, all things equal. Teimos at nearly 11k hp. Lian at 8.3k. His damage because of that strength is higher. I think Lian demands great perks and level ups to shine, but if you get heavy strength/vitality perks like I did and slap him in 85% damage resistance armor, he crushes almost everything.
Rewatching this shortly before starting a let's play on my gaming channel and Lian is absolutely my favorite for a couple of reasons. 1. 30 STR to start so I can focus fire his VIT, which is a respectable 15 to start also. 2. Medium leveling speed versus extra slow. 3. His AI seems much more aggressive than most others, at least in my experience, so he stays on the attack more. Give him a one handed weapon and shield with vitality armor and either grilled steak or a strength/vitality 7 and 7 for food, and I've never lost a Lian if I did my part to help him.
I actually by chance built a base near him when I first started out playing Conan Exiles. Lian is my first ever named thrall and man is he a beast xD Because of him I've started using the one handed war axe as well instead of the greatsword I was originally using.
Dope video Wak appreciate the info 💪🏼 My favorite is Dalinsia and Teimos. In pve it really doesn’t matter with which thrall you get because they all can get the job done. (My opinion) Pvp is a little different, I’d go with teimos because he can level up super fast and can be a tank. Can we get a siptah top 5 video 👈
You say RHTS get under half a percent(0.4) damage increase per point in strength(Same as berserker). A quick look at my RHTS, it looks like close to 0.8 (29 strength = 23% damage increase). I did some testing and a RHTS with 15 strength deals more damage than a berserker with 15 strength(Even though berserkers have a slightly higher damage modifier). I know berserkers start with more strength points, but I would say a RHTS outscales a berserker at around 25 extra points in strength(25 vs 40).
So I know you were going over the named thralls and you covered all the ones I like. I accidentally found one above "The Dregs" the thrall is called Ritualist. I leveled it up almost to lvl 10 by killing 5 Shalebacks 1 Demon shaleback and 2 named human fighters. Like "Ana The Reaver" Ava BEST OF ALL the Ritualist Thrall starts with 30 Grit. Meaning ALL DAMAGE MITIGATION FROM THE START. I LOVE THAT
This is real simple. Some female relics are complete hotties. Female B's and Dalinsia aren't bad either. The males are stuck on perimeter guard duty. As they should be
my Teimos with exile map gear kill arena champion without help and with gruell healing.Lost 10k hp.But he have 14k hp so its ok.With top food and Siptah gear will be much easier
@@rgjs4537 when you open thrall inventory look left side. There all foods.Top left first-right bottom last.If no changes first heal 1hp,last 10 hp.So look wich one you can craft.Exotic feast is the best, heal 10hp/sec..Btw thrall have basic regen too, works without food.
Thanks a lot for making this, wak! Given that sadly my server ended up having to merge, my boyfriend and I have a lot of thrall hunting to do again! This helps a lot to know who to prioritize ❤️ And as for who my favorite thrall is, that would be Beastmaster Teimos, any day. Love that guy he is SUCH a good tank!
I haven't enjoyed a game so much in a long time. and it had been a long time since I was stuck for 24 hours playing. It's fun, interesting and innovative.
Great video and would love to see how this compares to the top 5 of Siptah because I find the Siptah thralls are far better and with the server transfers, I now have an account "FedEx" them from Siptah to Exiles.
@@wak4863 Karthok is a beast and the one I want to drag around with me but, as you know, you can only get him from a Surge or possibly a Purge. If not him, I'll run with a Surge Asir Berserker. Sonja was my go to, but I seem to get a lot of bad perks for her.
My favorite is the Relic Hunter Treasure Seeker because of how convenient they are. High health, high damage and super convenient to capture. Bearers are also great for when you want to gather a lot, but they are not fighter thralls.
Certain bearers can get to 15k or more. My Amzada can solo most any boss. Takes a while but she gets it done. 25 slots is a dungeon crawlers dream. Once died in the wine cellar. We agro'd everybody. I mean every body. Getting back to her, seemed to take forever, I thought I was going to find her corpse. She had killed everyone and was mopping up the boss by the time I got back. It was crazy. Only some named bearers are huge like that though
My favorites are any of the guaranteed spawns, I don't have time to keep checking constantly looking for a specific spawn. So Lian and Freya are always among the first two I grab. I know Freya isn't great because she is an archer but I like her look and always spawns in a spot that is easy to nab her without fighting other npcs.
1. Teimos 2. Teimos 3. Teimos 4. Teimos 5. Teimos That's the only top 5, all other thralls are trash, sadly. P. S. One handed mace seems to be the best weapon for him because I've never seen other thrall to make a full hit combo with it.
Great video :) In my last game, I managed to bring home one of the named wandering fighters (Nurus the Backstabber) and put him in the wheel. I wonder how good he is, compared to those more known named fighters. Would love to hear your thoughts on this one :)
To be completely honest any named will be "good" in pve but pvp those are the choice. And try to give the best things for thralls, cuz they probably will out live you in a fight.
They are exiles, the lowest faction. Every other faction is greater than the previous faction. I think you will find that a one skull wander at 20 may be on level with a black hand (not flotsam) at 20. Check exile faction page, should have info on starting attributes, and possible high values. I think they start below 1.000 compared the the >3.000 we saw here.
@@wak4863 Ah. I haven't tested much with growth potential. I would really like to know if Teimos could easily surpass the Berserker with some lucky Strength stats. TLDR: Does Teimos with 20 Strength cause his total damage multiplier to be closer to something like 2.244? ... 2.421???? Knowing this would be..... More interesting than useful, considdering Teimos is already nr.1 So the 5% a Cimmerian Berserker starts with at lvl 0, is it added on top somehow maybe? I assume it calculates it as (1,05 x Damage Multiplier x Weapon Damage), but that might be harder to figure out in the data. Cimmerian grows so badly with his stats, so I was wondering if Teimos could surpass his damage at lvl 20. 0.0082 That means an ok lvl 20 with 20 Strength gives 16,4% bonus. Depending on how it's calculated it gets pretty close to the Cimmerian Berserker. Multiplier: 2.244? ... 2.421???? Maybe it's calculated in a more advanced way that I can't think of right now
Here's a question: over the course of 20 levels how many extra pt's more does that +14% for food give? Any food, doesn't matter, just the 14%. To guess I would say it's 3 to 5. I mean 14% in 1 category isn't much then divide that by 5 categories. So is it worth it to stay on top of this vs just sticking easy gruel in there? Seems the much more important thing is the beginning stats. As at 20 it really closely follows whatever the growth %'s are. So delete low str and vit stat ones and/or if they have super high acc that ends up taking most of the pts.
It’s a percentage chance to gain points is what I thought. And I think you can get 1-3 points in the stats. I don’t think two lvl 20s gain the same amount of points. A perfect storm would be 60 gained in all stats + good perks. I might be wrong though
Best thrall for pvp. I got one right now with 15k hp and outlived a 10k teimos and two 6k fighter thralls with some help of course.just slap siptah gear and boom no problem.
I love Lian, he’s my favourite thrall. I put him in voidforged dragon heavy armour and gave him a hanuman’s Gada hammer from a skeleton key chest, and he absolutely decimates every boss I’ve faced so far. Red mother? Easy. Kinscourge? Easy. Just about every world boss? Easy. All 4 midnight grove bosses? Easy. The only issues I e ever had with him is that when fighting tall bosses whose bodies are high above the ground (rock nose king in my experience), he has issues hitting them properly. Although, that is a problem with every thrall, not just lian.
Its a mix, Earrings, Black Corsair Garb top (siptah), Serpent Bracers (siptah), Zammorian dancer skirt, Derketo sandles. Black, white, and full green dyes
i would love to see u do this with animals wak, and i bet many of your fans would as well. i would love to know saber vs yak damage numbers ext. ty and give this comment a like so he does animals lol.
Nope sorry the relic hunter by default NO LONGER gets that high hp now under official server settings its health is now at 3030 a LARGE cut it its default health 720 in heath per level. I just got one last night so seems they AGAIN kicked us in the butt. would love to show a screenshot sadly not allowed here.
Lian has an above average performance with a one-handed mace. Even though he doesn't hit as hard as the other top end thralls, his consistent high-end mace performance tends to outperform those Sword of Crom thralls. This however, does not apply to Janos. Janos' mace AI is the same as the other high end thralls, but with only Lian's stats.
AI mechanics would be a good topic to dive into. Different characters: are they different with the same weapon type? I do see that speed of attack is different with the mace Momentum vs other maces. Wyrd seems a bit quicker than others. Momentum is a heavy knockback mace so it should be slower. Fun stuff
@@Bubbles99718 As far as I'm aware, weapons of a given class perform identically, save for their basic offensive stats(damage, penetration, and whatever special bonus like Undead Bane). Likewise, thrall AI should be identical across the board within thrall Tiers. T1/2 tend to do incomplete combos, while T3/4 tend to finish them. I will add that Waros the Breaker(but not Mei the Blade) is the only other thrall with the same heightened mace proficiency as Lian. On the flip side, Thugra(who comes with a mace by default) is worse than every other T4 in using it. I'm not certain Funcom deliberately made specific thralls perform differently with different equipment, although I wish they made it clearer that they did. If anything, it seems completely accidental on their part.
hey Wak i have a request. I am a crapy builder, can you design a "small" villager build using easy to follow build designs for a small 3-4 person clan please
I only play single player PvE, so that's my design. We don't castle build with stone tools. This means our level 10 base is very small. A 5x5x2,5 (0,5 is thatch roof). First floor is one wall high, second floor is 1,5 high is bedroll floor. Two doors, centered, front, and back. Once you have pets with either 10, or 30 slots, and iron tools. Then next base is 8xnx4. With one door on each wall in the same spot, so the doors don't conflict (open into each other). We like doors to open onto the wall, not into the room. Yeah it's square but it's easy to place stuff and get around. I min size is 8x9x4. Each floor is two walls high, even if the second floor uses slopped roofs The second floor can be made into 3x3 private rooms with a 2x hallway. Then a kitchen, dancer, staircase in the 3x8 end cap. A 8xnx4 can be added for a greater wheel of pain. A second floor can be added over the wheel for more floor space. We often put preservation boxes. Wak has a floor plan from the anti raid build that uses the wedges. Basically a large center oval, with four round towers on the short sides. While 8 is the largest unsupported gap for square foundations. I believe it's six for ovals, and circles. So a 6xn center oval, with four 6x circles on the short ends. Maybe pillars can be used for wider expanses?
Ulric the accursed as best fighter(fun when best fighter is archer).Best damager i think is Accursed berserkers and aesir wariors(not berserkers-they just tanks)
May I request an updated video of crafters locations? I know that for example at sepermeru t4 thralls are a possibility, but I haven't had any luck when it comes to armorers or balcksmiths, I have evem found an overseer and those at sepermeru are really rare... But no Armorers or Blacksmiths have their spawn locations been changes (I'm returning after 2 years of non play)
how did any of the volcano thralls stack up? I've always had pretty good times with Spinas and Kisthis, so I'm a lil suprised Lian managed to make the list but no volcano thralls.
Caught Janos with Gold Border and he has 100% chance for strength, currently 64 str. This would mean he is different to Lian? I am new, sorry if I'm missing something.
i havent played conan in a year or so, does this not include pure thrall? i remember there used to be like a beast-master purge lady fighter that was super beefy
Regarding the disapearing thralls, when going through a loading screen. We lost a couple when we mounted a horse after coming out of the volcano, as it puts away the rope for unknown reasons. This happend on pc.
Relic Hunter Treasure Seekers also come in female. But I go to the Unnamed City to get mine. You do have to deal with a mini boss just like in the dungeon though. But there is two groups in the Unnamed City. The one I use the most is the south western side above the Red Mother (4+boss) and the other is the north eastern side near above the library (4/5+boss). I normally go straight for a T3 task master, then a T4 fighter from noob river, then use that to club a Treasure Seeker, then I just keep going back and getting back ups/ replacements for bad perks till have have several on stand by. Also, as far as I know none of these can be gotten on Siptah so you should make another video to add onto this one for Siptah native spawns and what you can possibly get form summoning surges. I've been using Accursed Berserkers and they seem to be pretty damn good. Supposedly the best on Siptah but I haven't seen anybody like you or Firespark say so. Actually haven't found much on the way of videos on Siptah thralls that are not from a long time ago when the map was completely different.
The thralls didn't change at all in 3.0 but I found one by accident that starts off with 30Grit which is ALL damage mitigation. The armor bonus is 285 that's lvl 0 THIS is a tank of tanks imo
@@KazukiFullei the Ritualist. North of the dregs at the top of the canyon. You have to save them from hyenas. This is the highest grit base level thrall I've ever seen. Of course with NO HEALTH be very careful on leveling lol
My top is a hole lotta cimerian berserkers. Although I did populate a desert city of mine in a personal server with a bunch of arena champions. They all have over 30,000 health at level 20. Kinda crazy
You should test Lian vs. those other ones, we tested it and Lian is by far the best fighter, no Teimos or anyone else has a chance at all. Look at the melee bonus it's the strongest.
@@Arrctv I tested it and Teimos had no chance, Lian beats the crap out of any Teimos, we had a Teimos 14k and a random Lian, Teimos had no chance. We did over 10 matches, same gear, best weapon, preferred weapon etc.
i go straight to Zerks as soon as i can KO one then its nothing but zerks and Dalinsia after that. just started getting Teimos for a PVP time follower. lian or relic hunter, witch ever i get first to help KO a zerk and i disband them. had a squad of 5 lian and 5 Erri get wiped out by a zerk perge of 6. wont do that again
Having played games since MUDs were the only online games out there, I find the Conan thrall system somewhat bizarre. Hiding the modifiers that truly matter essentially makes it so you won't really know if you have an awesome thrall, a so-so thrall or a junk thrall until you invest quite a few hours of time. I'd be fine if you didn't find out if a really decent thrall would go on to be a great one, but finding out at perk three if all your time was a waste is just unnecessary. Further I have now gotten a tier 4 fighter with his highest percentages in accuracy (with junk level str.) and a tier 4 named archer with the lowest percentage in accuracy who hits harder than my top two accursed berserkers with a sword and came with 7,800 hps out of the box. This kind of randomness is frustratingly lame and keeps generating a response in me of who thought this would be good? A tier 4 archer should be guaranteed to be a decent archer. Period. A great archer for sure should be up to chance and require some investment to find out. I have ten accursed berserkers now and three named archers and their stats are so wildly all over the map and in some cases not even closely representative of their class that I am struggling to make sense of it.
How they withhold info is crazy. Lotus potions for example, there it is, what does it do? Beats the hell out of me. You have a t4 alchemist making it you'd think he'd be able to tell you what it does! Same with weapons and armor crafting, very little info. Add in that there are literally over 1000 things to craft and you can't remember every thing. Religious foods, what do they do? I have no idea and can't remember after I look it up. On and on. So frustrating
I wonder what would be the best gear for thralls per perk. Most the armor videos I see are over a year old and do not include the newest armors I seen.
Just look armor attributes. For Teimos best is vitality armor.Craft endgame with armorer with shield icon.Best armor set is different for exiles and siptah maps.Wich one you need? And for wich thrall?
Best thrall for PvP fights is teimos because of the amount of hp, for base defense doenst matter.much, thralls in number can dissolve enemy thrall in seconds, no matter If good or bad, its like u getting stuck by 40 darfari in sumoning place (lmao), no matter ur strength, u going to die If u stuck by multiple hits from everywhere.
hope we can get them all in Wak Gone Wild server, been hunting for Dalincia for some time, no luck, but got a good bunch of Cimmerian Berserkers ^^ all 20 lvl in full with extra damage protection armour too :D a army of 10 solid fighters ready so far
My thrall killed 2 then didn't see her again for months. Then one day a glitch must have happened. Got 4 rt in a row. Tossed her on the wheel went back and there she was again! From zero to 4 in 15 minutes. Was crazy
Stargazer's Crest is a good place to find her. Only 2 NPS spawn at a time. If you leave the are they will respawn. Also there is 1 chest there for loot.

how are you getting the strength bonus information, I.E. 0.004 for cimmerian beserker? is there a console command that can retrieve that data? How does the strength and melee bonuses factor into damage output?
I’m getting it from the dev kit. It’s a percentage that adds up to the percent of damage increase you see on the stats page. That’s why all thralls don’t have the same % increase with the same points.
Favorite thrall will always be female Cannibal Brute, it was the first named thrall I had ever encountered when I first started playing the game, I was in awe of how damn big she was compared to everyone else in the camp, and she promptly beat my head in when I challenged her when I was a noob back in the day. I was very sad when I finally managed to KO one with a truncheon to break her on the wheel only to discover that her height is set to much lower when placed by a player. Still one of those early moments that stuck with me, and why I always name myself Cannibal Brute when I play on official servers. Fav thrall for actual use cases? Beastmaster Teimos by far for mass base defense, and Cimmerian Berzerker for babysitting perks for an ALL +Str thrall.
Yeah, I wish they didn't overcook and shrink in the oven. Loved how giant she and some others were pre clubbing. Also, I'll never change her name. Cannibal Brute is the best given name in the game. It's so hilarious and perfect. And to have a "Cannibal Brute" living in your base, gold
Opposite-cimmerian berserker is good from beginning and with level they less improve. So place for base defense.Teimos on low level sucks but on max is better even on damage. And 2x or more hp.And train 3x faster.Love Canibal Brute, use char name too.But melee multiplyer 1.4 is bit low.Good side-they almost immune to bleeding and poison
@@Doberman290 I disagree, Teimos should be your mass defender, easy to level an army of them to 20, perks don't matter too much as the base damage mod for both melee and ranged damage, and high hp per level will make even an all Surv+Agi perk'd Teimos at least useful as a meatshield or archer base defender. Zerkers have enough hp and hp gain per level to be useful from level 1 for boss farming, highest damage mod in game, and if you can babysit them for full Str they can one shot players in pvp, best use is for a personal combat thrall IF the perks are good. If not, sure place them as defenders, but in the time it takes you to level 1 zerker to 20, you could have 5 Teimos thralls to 20, and 5 Teimos will kick the shit out of 1 Zerker.
@@sharktits2043 yes,you are right. But not many players spend time to level 65 thralls to 20 level. As i say-on level 1 teimos is worser then berserker. And berserker is easier to mass tame
@@Doberman290 If we are talking about just level 1 spammed thralls for base defense, then I would just do Relic Hunter Treasure Seeker Fighters (ignore the archers) over Teimos or Zerker. Easier to tame a full wheel of them from Unnamed City or Wine Cellar, even faster if you have a clan helping. Starts with 5.4k hp and 2.0+ damage mod both melee and ranged, give them decent bows/spears/1h swords and just spam them all over your base.
