I have a secret recovery technique with brawler that doesn't involve flip jump! If you get launched just use HOA as soon as you can and youll be teleported back to the stage almost instantly on a platform! Hopefully it dosent get patched out.
I found a new kill confirm with mii brawler! To do it, you knock your opponent’s controller out of their hands into fully charged F-Smash! Depending on their reaction time though, you might only be able to get 70% charged F-Smash. edit: nobody else like this comment plz keep it at 69 likes
1:59 Finally, an excuse to use nair even more! Also, my favorite kill confirm is definitely nair -> fsmash. With full momentum nair oos you can punish a ton of moves with unexpected death.
@@drdepression4605 On Pit (weight of 96) combo starts to work at about 50% but it's really precise at that point and won't kill with DI, so it's best to go for it at 60%. With momentum and a well timed fast fall the combo will work until 90%. So then, 60-90%.
Idk if you’ve ever covered this on your channel but when your opponents ledge intangibility runs out, hitting them with d tilt or u tilt at ledge can set up for helikick and kills SUPER early.
If you time the down tilt well then they you can hit them around whenever they would snap to ledge, but since you timed it well then you can get a easy helicopter kick kill before they can even touch the ledge. Aka 2 framing
I love your content man and I just wanted to let you know my favourite combos even though they aren't really confirms unless they neutral airdodge or do nothing is ledge trump to sak, and dragdown sak to up smash. Yeah they aren't exactly true as much as I would like, but if they aren't ready you'll get a free 40% or stock depending on the situation.
Just sitting there and doing nothing else than AC combos for an hour made it pretty consistent for me (although my accuracy to the right side is like 90% and left side 50% lol)
@@Gaegel thank you. Is it possible to land a falling strong nair to weak nair and still being able to continue the combo? Sorry for asking. I'm to busy to try on my own right now.
As a starter brawler i have to say all of your videos are extremely useful and really well made, and what made me not give up on brawler. Keep up the good stuff!
To start combos: up-air To follow up combos: up-air To kill confirm: up-air ... Up-air can't be used OoS against all characters though. Terrible move. 1/10.
Tip: If opponent is on ledge, try running off ledge and axe kick the moment your offstage. The spike can/will kill most characters at any % if caught. If you miss and land on ledge, opponent will be forced off and you can try axe kick again for a spike. Its hardly punishable if you miss. If your up a stock its worth a shot. *
A move that is really underrated and not used enough is Burning drop kick. It can combo into f throw or back throw ( not true ) but it is fast and the opponent has to chose an option.. that is only neutral air dodge, cause it reads jump and any DI so.. Anyway I like the video even tho there is not Axe drop kick onfirms, shot put confirms, feint jump confirms and burning drop kick confirms xD noo, nooo, nooooooooo ( snake cit) ahahhahaha well done!
I’ve recently watched a few of your video’s because I am an aspiring Mii Brawler main, and they have helped me learn the playstyle and moveset I should be using. Thank you very much.
Just found your channel and really appreciate these videos. Brawler is easily one of my favorite characters in the game and having content from an actual brawler main is a rarity
Its definitely not true, but so much of his airels connects into his down air. including down air lol. on taller characters at the ledge I love going for up air -> dair. or nair -> dair. kind of like diddy.
If there's no way to practice with a partner or holding the stick for DI yourself, then going in a match against people or even CPUs and only going for the confirm you want to practice is the way
