Soya chunks are made from soya flour after extracting it's oil.. The chunks are used to feed the pigs ... And it also raises estrogen levels in men 🙏

Whey protein is in per serving meaning (~30g) so per 100 g it would be ~83g And 250 ml milk is approx 250g = 8g protein/250ml So protein in 100g(or ml) milk would be approx ~3 grams

6 High Protein Sources (Yatinder Singh) 1. Chicken Breast 100g = 27-30g protein (Fat 3-4g) Best source 2. Green Moong Dal 100g = 24g (Fat 1.2g) Best for vegans 3. Whey protein= 26g per scoop (Depends upon product) 4. Fish 100g= 21-25g (Fat 8-12g) (Varies for diff Fish) 5. Egg = 5.5g (Only Egg white - 3g protein) 6. Soya chunks 100g = 52g protein (Fat- 0.5g) (25-40g Soya Chunks per day is fine) Fat content present in the above foods are good fats which cut down the bad fats in the body. Some other protein sources are milk, curd, paneer, nuts, beans etc... But also has high amount of fats which can be a good option for under weight people.

They add various preservatives , Color etc in flavoured whey protein . I do yoga and lots of stretching side splits , front splits etc . Is it suitable for me Thanks 🙏

I would get a normal non-flavoured whey protein. It tastes similar to milk so nothing bad about this taste. However if you prefer to sweeten it you could get some cacao powder and simply add that to your whey. By doing it like this you can avoid all these chemical components like flavouring, artificial sweeteners etc which are not that healthy✌🏻

@S. Chaturvedi Hmm.. Ghar pr kitne weights arrange kr lega bnda.. Gym k weights hi uthane pdenge, Variation b mil jaata h, Bakki trainer ki zroort tb h jb apko knowledge na ho khud.. Vrna trainers toh maine kai dekhe h bewakoof se.. Saale splitsvilla, roadies, ace of spades, bollywood songs dekhte rehte h.. Aur warmup k naam pr treadmill ya cycling krate h bs.. Idiots..

Sir Green moong Dal 100g mein 24g Protein toh milta hai lekin saath mein 62g Carbs hai Which doesn’t count in lean source of Protein

Hello Yatinder bhaiyya... My ''personal'' experience on SOYABEAN is that... YESss .. it gives you male breast (I.e. if eating SOYA as major source of protein) As I used to eat it a lot during college days.. on daily basis... as we all know.. hamare zammane mein kadki zadaa hoti thi🤗🤗

Depends on how ur body reacts but for average person most of studies have proved less than 1kg won't that much affect harmonies and isoflavines should be consumed less than 352mg per day. 1g of soy chunk protein contains 3mg isoflavines. 352mg is far lower than safer side. 😉
