You missed the best one. Little buddha Cafe. I skipped Ganga View and Beatles, just to visit Little Buddha 2 more times

I went there 2 times and it was full both the times. Didn’t not recommend that cafe in my video because I could not visit.

Glad you found it helpful. And yes it was very cold in Rishikesh. We were there during Jan end and first week of Feb. Weather is very different as compared to summers here
