Hello @TheJazwald54, This is an interesting round! It’s outside of my wheelhouse, however, I was able to find this video for you. Let me know if it helps! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-eaJSTPVVOjA.html
Great video- I only been reloading for under 3 yrs now.. i purchased and use, the FA trimmer, and the WFT one, and the Lee case trimmer w/ power drill attachment. I usually do batch reloading in the sets of 1500 rnds at a time.. for some reason, and i searched and asked other reloaders, but my Lee Trimmer- the drill attachment with the length stem.. is the only one that gives me consistent length trims..( the lyman quick trim does as well, but putting them in the drill, taking them out.. gets old when doing large numbers.. i have to break it up..i was told its because it is the only one that does full length and not off the shoulder.. great video, great channel! keep em coming!.. whats your go to for primer pocket swaging?? and mil crimp remover?
Hello! Thank you for the positive feedback! I’ve tried swagging my brass with the Dillon swagger. However, it was ruining my primer pockets. To remove the military crimp, I use the RCBS small trim mate military remover #90386 and RCBS primer pocket uniformer #90379. Check out this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OEnTILU1Tjs.html go to 3:26 (Lower case prep). This explains how I work the lower portion of the case. If you need any other advice or would like me to do a video, I’d be happy to do so!
The WFT can be very consistent and is very fast. For best results, your brass should all be from the same lot and have the same number of firings on it. It must be resized with the same FL die. It's a little tricky setting it up initially but once it is, you're good.
I am trying to figure out how to set up a system like your "Cadillac" option to do pistol brass.. is this possible? will one of those lee pilots (caliber specific) screw into the cutter on one of those devices?
