George brown college is a good college. The college you apply for has nothing to do with visa approval

HND is equivalent to 2 years of Bachelor degree. Some universities may give you course credits towards a Bachelor degree. Some colleges accept HND as well.

Check university website for admission requirement. Some schools waived IELTS requirement if you are from an English speaking country.

The college may ask for secondary certificate and above. If they don't particularly ask for post secondary certificates/transcripts then you can leave it out if you wish
