- Repeat this sequence several times with each hand.
3. *Hand Grip Exercises:*
- Use a stress ball, tennis ball, or hand grip strengthener to improve finger and hand strength.
- Squeeze the ball or grip strengthener tightly for a few seconds, then release.
- Repeat this squeezing and releasing motion for several repetitions.
4. *Playing Musical Instruments:*
- Activities like playing the piano, guitar, or violin can help improve finger strength, flexibility, and dexterity.
- Even simple tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a touchscreen device can provide some level of finger exercise.
5. *Yoga and Hand Exercises:*
- Practicing yoga can help improve flexibility and strength in the hands and fingers.
- Poses like the downward dog, cat-cow, and wrist stretches can be particularly beneficial.
6. *Hand Massage:*
- Massaging your hands and fingers can help improve blood circulation and reduce stiffness.

Trying this for the eater holiday Day 1 no different pretty easy i still have my chic baby fingers Day 2 still the same but I think i can see a different Day 3 I see a differences my fingers are starting to Titan up Day 4 it's the same as day 3 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7

I find this fingernail fad to be very irritating. What I think when I see these fingernails is that the hands are rendered USELESS. An LPN, with outrageous fingernails, taking mom’s glucose reading, kept scratching mom. However I think these are great exercises. Will get stroke affected mom to do them.
