I would love more ideas on incorporating greens into daily life... besides green smoothie.🤪 I just past my year without a cycle, and I'm suffering from a congested liver ALT/AST in low 30s... and all the dump you mentioned. I also have suffered from pretty severe joint pain/stiffness for 7 years. I find when I drink a lot of green smoothies my joints hurt more... suggestions?

Oh yes, the green smoothie challenge! I actually find that smoothies are hard for a lot of women to process leading to bloat + discomfort. I actually find green soup is one of the best options for consuming greens. It's warm, easy to digest and absorb and can be used all year round. I have a great recipe that I'll post a link for. I'll do a segment on the smoothie dilemma and some alternative suggestions for greens coming up! Stay tuned for the green soup!
