Hi! Good question:-) Anish Giri achieved the Grandmaster norm at 14 years 7 months, becoming the youngest Grandmaster in the world at that time. This happened in 2009, when he belonged to the Russian chess federation. Later he switched to the Dutch chess federation, for which he plays now.
