This plane is awesome, so is the F-35. The F-35 ability to hover is such a fun feature to use. I just bought the F-22 and I’m sure I’ll enjoy it more once I learn more about it.
Best Jet in the sim easily. On the big middle screen press the middle square button underneath it that says "MENU" And then the far right square button that says "MMD" If you want it to navigate you, you press the "AP" button next to the multiple little horizontal displays, the second little display will say "SRC" press the little arrow button to the left of it until it says "GPS" Then a few down press that same arrow button to the left of "NAV" Then you should see the pink line on the big screen MMD. The two left square buttons underneath the big MMD screen will adjust the range of that map all the way up to 2048NM! Note: You might not see the pink line until you turn on "MASTER" after pressing the AP button. Hope that is what you meant.
Something cool I noticed is that when you are at Hill AFB, Utah with the TMS F-22A Raptor doing a Cold and Dark startup it puts a few static parked F-22A Raptors in the parking areas. It worked for me at Hill AFB, Utah. That's pretty cool! It doesn't seem to work at Elmendorf AFB Alaska though.
@@FastTimesVero I did just have my first bug with the Raptor. I was doing Cold and Dark startup. I turned on the battery and all the screens were blank. I paused the game and restarted my flight. I turned on the battery again and The screens all came on correctly, Other than that everything has been working good.
Great video. F22 and osprey, welcome to xbox... we on PC have had these for awhile. They're great right :) Wait till you get the Rafele and the helicopters airbus h135 and h145.

You got to get a hotas. I believe in you man and I believe in this channel. Get the Turtle Beach Velocity, Thrust Master 1600, or Hotas One. I have the, F16/ Warthog Hotas, Thrust Master 1600 and Hotas One, Turtle Beach Velocity. The Turtle Beach 🐢 🏝️ 🏖️ Velocity is really good and is all you need.
Man idk what I’m doing wrong. Everything works exactly the same until it’s time to taxi out and nothing happens lol. I’ve been flying it for a while but first time starting from cold
How do you get F18s and F22s to spawn on the airport? Can I make it so that civilian aircraft show up on civilian airports and have military show up on military bases?
Darn!! I hate that man I’m sorry. You aren’t alone. Top Mach should be sending the testable hotfix to MSFT in the next day or two. So hopefully it’s released next Thursday.
Same is happening to me. I tried doing what his other video reccomended but it still crashes. I turned off all traffic density and turned off live aircraft types. It crashes everytime right after I start up and start moving
I’m having a shitton of problems. It is almost uncontrollable especially at high speeds. When I start up the game it says I need to install more stuff but there’s nothing to install. Please help
Maybe a dumb question, but has anyone ever have any issues with this plane when you barely try to fly it, it blacks out and sends you back to your Xbox home screen. I uninstal the game and reinstall it all and it did it again. Just wandering. I also have the same issues with the JAS 39.
Make sure your Microsoft Flight Simulator Add-On Support is still installed. You can check the Microsoft Store on Xbox. Mine mysteriously uninstalled itself...

So then, this is a completely new aircraft and not the same as the F-22 Community mod that came out for MSFS a year or two back? I don't suppose the APG-77 AESA radar is modeled in it...?
You will tell me how to turn off these clocks on the external camera because inside I don't have only outside and it annoys and if you wrote perfectly which option tab e.t.c
How do I taxi my nose wheel doesn't work. How do I turn it on. I have it on from the f18 and the axis set to my rudder on my joystick but it doesn't work. Also what do I need to do to fix my afterburner. Mine will flicker on and off and my power/ throttle doesn't stay/ do full power
@@RCFlyBy911 I think I’ve figured out what’s causing the crash, it’s when you switch to the cockpit and it has to render it. Don’t know how to fix it though
How do I get rid of the big things on each side of the jet, they hang under the wings and I can’t figure out how to get rid of them. I have restarted the game multiple times but the screens are just black and idk what to do. If you know any way to fix it please tell me I spent a lot of money on this and I just want to be able to fly it with everything working.
@@dylanosborne2575 yeah I works, it might be that your on an Xbox one but I m not sure if your even able to play flight simulator on Xbox one. It works for me
@@FastTimesVero sorry it works now but I have one other problem, it only lets me spawn in with the chucks and ladder etc once and then I have to reinstall the plane to be able to see them agsjn
It finally started working after pressing buttons, wish it could be as simple as the f18 is, start it up and head to the runway, all that other stuff is cool but i just wanna fly the mf
I haven’t had that issue, but I have noticed that with quick start, the generators are not on. Try turning right & left generators on (to the left of pilot) and see if that makes any difference.
Figured it out, i had the front gear max turn button binded to the landing gear button for the f18 so it would turn sharp, accidentally pressed that button and the f22 didn't like it lol
@@FastTimesVero yea especially when you just wanna get it in the runway and airborne lol, I'll have to just use the in cockpit landing gear, thats the button i have the max radius set to, it pops up notif on mfd gear unsafe when i press the max radius button, probably a small bug to work out
