Hi,dr.thank you for this valuable information.i have had ibs for about 5yrs.I am not sure if i have leaky gut or gluten intolerance.i can't retain any food.i can't have cereals,any form of fibre.Certain fruit and veges especially leafy veg.i have taken L- glutamin and probiotics,was feeling a bit better and had some bread and cake for Christmas and my problem started again.I don't know what to do any more.Please help.Many thanks.🙏🏼

Thank you. I have IBS & now i am starting to feel the effects of my many deficiencies. I’ve been taking additional supplements and still deficient, especially with iron which I cannot take because it gives me GI issues.
