This one breaks down my favorite scripts and plugins that help speed up and improve your Architectural Rendering Workflow in 3ds Max. They range from simple, free scripts that help with speeding up repetitive tasks to full blown parametric modeling plugins that can help add all sorts of detail to your model. 3ds Max by itself is really just the foundation of a good ArchViz workflow. To get the most out of it, you really need to get acquainted with the scripts created by the ArchViz community. These specific ones might not be for you, but I guarantee that if you find a task tedious, someone else has before you. There's a great chance there is some type of script that can help improve your experience.

I've been watching so many of these tutorials lately, and seeing someone who's acting like a human-being is a welcome change.

Wishing you would post more, I usually watch your videos during the break to get some more ideas of what I should be striving to get to at my workspace. We are doing custom homes in CA and I really want to implement more of the Revit and 3dsMax workflows in our system. Keep it up, it's very informative!

Yes I'm thinking about doing a Revit course. I could definitely start to get into the different design phases within Revit beyond SD. Still charting out how to put that together but glad to hear there's interest. Feel free to email me if you have any specific ideas on anything. Thanks!

What computer specs should I have if I want to render with 3dsmax. Great videos by the way!

Thanks! It depends a bit on rendering engine you’re working with but in general you’ll want something with as many cpu cores/threads and as much ram as you can afford. Last I check the AMD Ryzen and Threadripper cpus did a little better at rendering the their Intel equivalents but they tend to flip back and forth on who has better CPUs. I’d say 32 GB of ram is a minimum. GPU doesn’t matter quite as much with Corona since it’s a CPU renderer but a decent Nvidia cards will help improve performance while you’re actually building scenes in Max before you render.

Got some new videos in the pipeline, working through the editing. Just had a baby girl which made me put things on pause for a bit. Hoping to ramp things back up again soon. Thanks!
