I work in manufacturing and I started a bounce house rental company because I need to make enough money to start my RV park. We’ve done 165 rentals in the first year and a half. I really love it when he’s circling the map saying right where I live saying this is a great place to start a RV park. Let’s go!

Hey dude you probably won't even read this but you missed a spot. There's a little belt inside of Alabama and Mississippi that cross. Both your recreational visitor and your affordable half. And it kind of encompasses the entire Mississippi in Alabama Gulf coast up to about Slidell Louisiana through Pensacola Florida and extends up to Talladega Alabama. Almost kind of like a trapezoid I know because I live in the middle of it. You've got things like nascar beaches casinos and mountains all within 5 hours at each other so it's pretty good for people that want a cheaper place. To c** if they have a family they're wanting a vacation whether or not want to spend a ton of money.

You're idea of capturing snowbirds is good, or low rent living, but there's a segment you're missing. Basically within 30-60 minutes of national parks. There are never enough rv parks near national parks in the summer.

I think the biggest issue is going to be zoning. If you’re close to a city it’s gonna be difficult to get a zoning approval for an RV park.

KY has some great tax laws and LLC is very low. They want businesses to come in. Some real great places to set an RV park.

North Carolina has a high hurricane risk. If you look at a map of the Atlantic coast it sticks out catching the edge of a lot of those storms.

Yes but the Carolinas are seeing a lot of ppl coming down here with their money. There’s 4 seasons but the winters are mild. I’ve been looking at building an RV park in NC and I’m not worried about hurricanes.

I live in waynesville nc but i have 2 acres in sylva unrestricted land…i already have a tiny home there and its all paid already, im seriously thinking about doing this…with the sell of the tiny house i hope to get about 50k plus 20k coming to me from lending it to someone i hope about 70k will be enough to put anywhere from 10-15 spots with bathrooms in the center of it all and maybe some games and ammenities, picnic benches…we’ll c

RV Parks have become a low income housing opportunity. I lived in one for over 2 years. Problem many of the wrong people end up living there causing problems for the "good" residents. If you have a lousy manager running your park and drinking away the nights - not a good mix. Needs to be "hands on manager"
