Texas has its own problems. It's hot in the summer, cold in the winter. It's landlock if you live in Dallas areas. Too much driving to get around. Not a lot too do if you are retiring. Things are getting more expensive now. I live in Dallas areas more than 50 years and run out of things to do
Florida and Texas and Arizona may sound advertising and sweet right now. But has more people follow each other to these states. You know what's going to happen because of supply in demand and because the market crashes are going to rise, and if enough people do this and follow each otherwise great cities like Texas hotels, Texas Florida Arizona, I'm gonna be the same as. Florida, no, not Florida, same as California. Excite school in San Antonio. Because everybody's living in California thinking the same way to the texaso. You spoil it for the new people who come down there. Years in the future who leave come down there. It's more like blade in California, why did I leave California? It's the same place, there's different place different name.

No 1 is S. Korea where doctors are on strike, people are killed in factories, flying on plane is dangerous. War is approaching with N. Korea blasting missiles always !!!!
