THANK YOU for this!!! I've been wanting to get more into topiaries these past couple of months, so seeing more of these types of videos on how to train and manage them really helps! 💚

Great work Charlie, I usually clip my potted-topiary by flipping the shears over. In that way, the end of the blades are pointing down and I find it helps to ball the shrub a little bit better. Be careful not to point the blades down too steeply otherwise you’ll clip more than the plant needs and you’ll end up setting growth back more than intended. For what it’s worth, hi from New Zealand
