Thanks! As far as cam effecting it. Anything that changes the engine torque will change how it works. More torque/power is going to make it stall higher, less will do the opposite. The same thing goes for nitrous. Adding it adds power and torque so it'll have the same effect of making it stall higher. The more you add the higher it will go. Converter can be a good judge of if you're gaining power or not because of that. For example if you shift at 7500 and it drops to 6800 after the shift then add power it may only drop to 6900 after the shift. Or if you add boost or nitrous and it doesn't go any faster you can look and usually the rpm it dropped to will be the same as before which that and the fact it didn't go faster let you know its not actually making more power for whatever reason.
